Those bathrooms were okay, but not well maintained and not connected to this business. They also DBA as Tarpoon Lagoon Diving Center. You need to bring the main things, gear or rent, food, drink, sunscreen, tip for crew. Crew was extremely great and knowledgeable. Nice boat and well equipped to take out for snorkeling, felt like the middle of nowhere, but once in the water you could see a lot underneath. It is not great for those who stay on top because you look down from 13-15' of water so things are down a bit and you will have to dive to get a closer look. Crew let us stay out the whole time even though most of the other passengers gave up after a brief swim. I went on a different trip into Biscayne National Park where the water was 3-8' and I saw much more. I felt like the bottom of the water at this location was too deep to enjoy as much and was disturbed with less life. Overall a GOOD trip with experienced crew and a great time.

When I'd originally called to ask about different sailings and dive sites, John was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure that we picked the right kind of dive for our group. When we realized that we wouldn't be able to make the dives, the shop (I believe it might have been Trish?) was speedy and professional in helping us understand options. When we had to officially cancel, they were professional and helpful in getting us a refund without hassle. Truly, we are grateful for their help and courtesy. After looking at the website, calling the shop, and exchanging some emails with Cristina (who is very helpful, by the way!) I was set up for a PADI Deep Diver class. I went to the shop on the first day for a gear check. Sebastian (my instructor) had me set up my gear and went over it to make sure everything was in good working order. Everything checked out and we started going over the dives and skills that we needed to cover for the class. All good, and off to the dive boat for the first day of dives. This was a one-on-one class, so I had plenty of time to talk about the course material and other PADI specialties with Sebastian. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering my questions. It was a great first day of dives. Day # 2, Alejandro was my instructor. Another great set of dives. Alejandro had an AOW class going so I tagged along with them to finish the performance requirements for the Deep Dive. At first, I thought he would be more focused on the AOW students, but that wasn't the case at all. Instead, Alejandro made a point to go over the last two dives' objectives and even helped me with some in-water posture performance. I filled the form out late because I was in Mexico traveling, and then sent it back when I got home and again no reply for weeks, until I messaged them on Instagram and received a rude attitude from whoever runs their page. They were literally trying to tell me off and clock it when they're just being rude and unprofessional. They constantly told me someone would reach out to me and no one ever did. I've literally never been treated like a criminal before with a package going missing, even Bottega sent me a replacement when the Fedex worker delivered my package to the wrong house... This treatment is ghetto and embarrassing for this business. Whoever runs this company is unprofessional and is literally blaming me for my package not being delivered to me and telling me to figure it out myself.
