I stopped here today and they still only have 1 purified water dispenser in operation. I waited a little while. One person was filling up 4 - 5 gallon bottles. Then another car was next and they were filling 4- 5 gallon bottles. It was going to take forever. I ended up leaving and driving to spring water depot. It was only a 7 minute drive from there. Guess what. There was no line. I filled up my bottle and I was out. Yah I pay an extra dollar more but I'm not waiting in the heat and my time is valuable. I liked Blue Dot but I'll save myself some time and start going to Spring Water Depot instead. Blue Dot is hit and miss. They need to put more purified water stations out instead of all Alkaline.

They switch our delivery day to Thursday but after not receiving it for several Thursdays in a row they switched it again to Friday. Which is fine or whatever I just think they could have talked to us about it instead of just not showing up on Thursday ever again? We had to email them to figure out what was going on. My biggest issue is that they never even came today!? We are out of water.... They are closed over the weekend.. They even sent us an reminder email that today was our day and not to forget to put our water out?? We've been dealing with this for months now. We have been understanding with the whole switching owners being a big transition and all but I think it's been several months and they still haven't worked out the kinks. Also.. has anyone else noticed the water tastes different then it did previously?? Maybe it's just me but. Hope they can get it together this is truly disappointing:(

Highly recommend, especially if you're comparing them to Alhambra who did not meet the needs of one little customer, and they didn't even care about losing a customer who had been with the company for a while.

Based on our prior experiences, we assumed they had increased the service fee from $99 to $140. Previously, we paid a total of $169 ($99 service fee + $70 for the filter), which included a courtesy system check as part of the $99 service call. Now, they've billed me $430--absolutely shocking and a complete rip-off. To make things worse, the filter costs less than $40 on Amazon. The new management was deceptive and not transparent during the call when we made the appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I will no longer be using this company--scam - stay away from these people! There are other companies can come and help for lower price if you decide to change water filter or you can do it yourself. Will cost only less than $40 or the max $50.

About a month in advance, I went online and reserved a 30 gallon barrel of water for Burning Man…read more Pulling up there was just a big sign that said: Water. I could see someone looking for Fresca & getting confused. They had a little drawing of Burning Man in the parking lot and arrows directing us to go to either side. We pulled in and gave them our name. There was a bit if confusion as they said my tag only had the barrel on it, no siphon. I specifically remembered adding it to my cart, so I pulled up my confirmation email. They gladly updated the tag & cut the siphon for the barrel we rented. We filled up and were out of there in a couple of minutes. It was incredibly convenient considering it was opening day for the man. They assured me that they would be open on a Labor Day and that even if we needed to arrive before or after hours to return it, just to give them a call and they could be there in a few minutes. Talk about customer service! Return was a breeze & the deposit showed up in my account promptly. We will definitely use them again for any and all return burns!
