I paid around 1,100 pesos for my solo stay a room with wifi,hot/cold shower rain type shower,hair dryer which I use on some of my cloths. The location of the hotel in CDO is really favorable, limketkai is in walking distance, sm and its near the bus terminal.

Anyway the hotel has feee breakfast buffet. Their restaurant is Kave Restaurant and Bar. They also have biuffet both lunch and dinner. In between , you can order food out of the buffet menu. The rooms are clean, the beds are soft and comfortable. More channels to eat CT and relax. They have spa and yes they have their own big mall right next the hotel. Cagayan de Oro has grown from a small town back when I was 9 years and went to school here for 7 months to a full blown big city. It may be the 2nd largest city in the island of Mindanao. Located in a gated area with multiple levels of security, it was quiet and peaceful. We stayed during ESEAN, and even with extra events going on, the place was incredibly relaxing. Our room had its own pool. It 2as shared with 3 other rooms, but pretty much private and open 24 hrs. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. A refillable water station was right outside our door. The food here is delicious. Breakfast was included with our stay and had so much variety. We ate seven meals on site and enjoyed it all. The grounds were fantastic! A big pool that never felt crowded, a couple restaurants, pool bar/restaurant, nightly welcome show, and more. A quick 5 minute tuktuk into town to enjoy an evening out was easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

At first u was hesitant because I thought I would have to pay for a day pass or something. She assured me that it's housed on a public beach and that the resort lets non guest enter. I spent an entire day here and I was in awe. The workers were so nice and kind. You can use their beach chairs too! You are encouraged to order something but it's not forced upon you. Honestly I wish I knew about this place before. I recommend everyone to come here. very relaxing with a real wide beach and space to move around unlike Alona. Also no beach sellers! Just pure perfection.

I love that the a/c is strong and that the room has a 32-inch wall-mounted TV. The bedsheets smell freshly laundried and the pillows are soft and sufficiently plump. The frontdesk people are polite and they really go out of their way to help you feel right at home. The hotel is also conveniently located near downtown and a short walk away from banks and restaurants. Wifi is strong too! They charge extra for towels and they were all worn out too, we also had to constantly tell them to please clean the room and the toilet paper they provided was so thin. Just to add to it there were little ants in the room and a cockroach greeting us in the bathroom when we first checked in.

I did not get to do monkey feeding since we were very busy with outings and would have rather done that than going to see the tarsiers - total tourist trap. There's also kayaking, paddle boarding, firefly tour. The resort was less than a mile to the Loboc River Cruise, the town plaza, church, and the Man-Made Forest. The only problem was that there was no signal in the area. When the Wi-Fi worked, it was great, but on our last day and a half the Wi-Fi went out and it was difficult to get connected.
