John was extremely nice, professional, and did a thorough job. John worked very quickly to come out to our home and inspect the roof in tandem with the insurance adjuster, whom John was even nice enough to schedule to be there at the time of the insurance inspection. All the paperwork and insurance hassle went very smoothly, and John was quick to answer questions, concerns, and provide recommendations on roofing materials, as well as guide us through the process (as we are first time homeowners and had never done anything like this before). When the guys came out to install the new roof (about 2 weeks later, due to the amount of jobs in our neighborhood alone), they did everything right that we can tell. They were quick and efficient in removing all the old shingles/roofing material and started re-roofing from the bare wood on the roof. Quality job, and the results look great! Highly recommend the new architectural shingles. Our roof looks completely different! Overall, we'd highly recommend using him for your roofing and hope repair needs. A+!

I have to order them, pay for them and get up on a ladder to install them myself.

Recently Fairview experienced a severe hailstorm with hail sizes of almost baseball size. The…read moredamage was severe and required the installation of an entire new roof on our home and detached garage. Without any hesitation I reached out to Roofer Rx because I knew from previous experience that Jimmy and his crew could handle the job. In the past, Roofer Rx has repaired the roof over our back deck and also installed/replaced two skylights. Both of these jobs were completed by a professional and competent crew. We were very happy with their work and the price. When it came time for the work to begin on the new roof, we were amazed at how quickly his crew went about the removal of the existing shingles and the installation of the new ones. The work was completed in one day! The clean-up was excellent, they left nothing behind. Our lawn and landscaping were untouched and you could not tell that any work has been done. With all three jobs, Jimmy came out and reviewed the damage to determine what was needed. He gave us a fair estimate and he stuck to it. We feel that in all three jobs, the price we paid was worth the value. I have recommended Jimmy and Roofer Rx to others and will continue to do so. Their work is professional, they are experienced and they know what they are doing.

Tiffany made scheduling easy and provided very reasonable estimates for the repairs. Manny managed the job and took the time to explain every repair step by step, which I really appreciated. As an added bonus, they inspected my entire roof, sealed any problem areas with silicone, and nailed down loose tiles that had shifted during the ice storm. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I will absolutely hire ACA Roofing again, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutter repairs!

Cracked grout, transitions that did not match up, grout on walls and wood floors adjacent to the project and uneven floor tiles. They sent the same installer to fix the issues. He did not. I mistakenly paid for the job thinking they would stand behind it. They did not. Over the last year the floor tiles have cracked and are lifting up off the floor. When you walk on the floor it makes popping noises. It is obvious that the tiles are just simply sitting on the subfloor. After many months of attempting to contact the project manager he finally returned the call to inform me he no longer works for the company. He referred me to Tiffany with ACA. She came to my home and took photos. She later sent a text that the owner said it is not under warranty. I asked to speak with him but have not heard back from him for several weeks. Poor workamnship. Poor project management. Poor communication. Refusal to make this right. I very strongly advise anyone to stay away from ACA Construction in Hermitage and Gainsboro TN.
