If your store is open then your services need to be open as well. After 8 pm and I can't get any help in meat department because it's closed. Went to customer service to cash in an instant winner for my son and customer service was closed. I understand your not 24hrs but at least have customer service open till close. Geez read more

I'll still frequent this store, even though I really like the HEB, on Pearland Pkwy, better. But I'm trying to understand the point of having an TV/Electronics section. Especially when there's Walmart, Best Buy, Target, very close by that has the same thing. IDK, go figure. This is still a good store. read more

Huge and full of junk. If you are actually looking to get groceries you will find yourself wondering through vast corridors full of inferior quality products. Especially if you are looking for ingredients to cook from scratch this is not the place for you. And forget about organics. On the other hand if you want to dine at Nikos Nikos or maybe buy a TV this is the right place. But this is supposed to be grocery store. read more

Was my favorite store until they moved everything around the layout is horrible now God forbid you milk and you have spent an hour sifting through everything to get to the veggies only to truck all the way back it's awful. And the last few times I have been here and walked by the bakery it has this awful foul odor I don't want to jump to conclusions but honestly it smells like a dead rat this has been on various occasions it has really turned me off from the bakery that I used to enjoy bottom line before the rearranging and sudden lack of cleanliness I would have given five stars now lucky I gave two. read more

Sarah. She was my cashier today. Rude. Didn't acknowledge me whatsoever. I had even said something to her and she completely ignored me. Didn't look at me once. I love heb and usually they're really nice but she was especially rude. I know you're in a hurry but at 10:00 on a Friday it usually is not busy. Thank you HEB for being the only ones smart enough to put the curbside behind the building and not take up parking spots. You have a WAY bigger parking lot than Kroger's and you still managed not to use any. Kroger's however decided to use an unnecessary amount of 10 front row parking spots for theirs. Please train your sackers on how to sack groceries. The person who sacked my groceries put glass bottles and meat packages on top of my produce and then a large package of paper towels! I had to rearrange most of the groceries, but by that time it was too late. Bananas, peaches, tomatoes...all ruined! I know teenagers need jobs, but train them well so you will have happy, returning customers. read more

Ordered picture cake from the bakery and was quoted $28 something. On morning of pick up, get a call from HEB saying the cake was now $41? Asked to speak to manager and the bakery representative hung up (classic). So called back and spoke with a manager. Turns out since I asked for 'icicles' around cake (which they were aware of when I placed order), they had to increase price. Instead of doing the RIGHT thing and honoring the original price that what was quoted at the time of order and eating the 13 bucks, the manager asked the bakery department to take off icicles around cake. read more

I am disturbed by employee and manager from this location. A employee at self checkout is always rude to me and when I talk to a manager nothing is done. The female manager says because I won't give her my phone number she won't do anything. I don't see why she needs my umber because I do not want this employee getting my number. I have gone inside the store and talked to managers twice, so they know I'm a real person. When I shop and check out this girl walks away to avoid if I need assistance with scanning. I'm not greeted like a customer should be. She smiles and says good morning, how can I help you to all the other customers, in front of me, to prove to me she's deliberately not going to talk or help me. This girl ha issues because I don't understand why she gives me an attitude. I know longer go to this HEB because the manager for nothing especially the last woman manager I spoke with. She told me it was acceptable or this employee to greet others but not me and to walk away when I have question about item or scanning problem. If that's the customer service I get then I go elsewhere. I will not be bullied to giving out my number when I can talk to you in person. The manager was just as rude to me because she believes lies this employee told her. And it's all jealousy. I question further why does this female manager do desperate to get my number? What is she planning to do with it? You don't need a number to address a complaint. She's either lazy or discriminate. I don't expect fair good customer service from employees at this store because the manager doesn't do it, and that's who employee follows. read more

I am new to the area and this was my 1st time at this location (11/2/15),while loading my groceries into my car I was hit by a motorized grocery cart pusher which left a nice size dent in my vehicle. The parking lot attendants weren't paying attention to what they were doing,so now I am in the process of getting the matter taking care of with the management who was suppose to reach out to me 11/3/15 and did not,I had to reach out to them to get the info I needed 11/4/15. I visited them today 11/5/15 and waited for Eunice the Service Director for almost 30 minutes but got another manager Kim instead who really wasnt trying to hear me,but I gave her the quote for my car repair from the place they recommended,Main Street Paint & Body in Pearland. Corporate now has to get involved to cut the check for damages & provide a rental while I place my vehicle in the shop. Otherwise I pay for my rental until reimbursed by HEB,and the gas which will not be reimbursed as Kim said. I won't have a definite answer till Monday 11/9/15. Its almost like evertything is my fault and all I did was show up to buy groceries for my family. What a headache. Please be aware where you park your vehicle at this location (HEB Plus Pearland 2805 Business Center Dr #63, Pearland, TX 77584), because even between the yellow lines wasnt good enough for me...remember this could be you. read more

Dirty, messy, disorganized, low on stock on so many items. Normal items, like crackers. You have to walk the entire length of the store to get to dairy. Through all the crappy made in China clothes and electronics. They've reduced their wine selection and their cheese selection has gone down hill. I regularly find expired items in the shelf. But today was the final straw. I watched an HEB employee but her dirty, fish covered hands into shrimp I was ordering. My husband is anaphylactic allergic to fish. He can eat shellfish, but fish can kill him. KILL HIM. If I had thought to video tape it, I'd have a lawsuit. But who expects a store to be so careless? Especially HEB? I have shopped there since I moved to Texas 30 years ago. This store is worse than the worst Walmart. read more

When I walked into the Pearland store for the first time I was amazed. But after walking around I came to realize one thing. They have no diversity. Lots of the same stuff. We have always come to expect excellent customer service from HEB, but today's experience went above and beyond. Kudos to Ray, the deli manager for Exceptional customer service today. We had an issue with the Thanksgiving Dinner we ordered, what could have been a bad experience was turned completely around. I've always been a big fan of this location. I moved to the area about one year ago and have frequented the HEB. I probably visit this location once a week. I have been very impressed with the Kitchen. I suck at cooking so I tend to eat a lot of the prepared food. Everyone has been incredibly polite. I had a particularly nice experience with Rob there today. He was very kind at let me taste anything I wanted to. In turn I purchased lots of meat and sides. Strongly recommend this store. read more

Worst HEB in Texas. I hate to even say that because I am a loyal HEB customer, but I either drive the extra 40 minutes to the HEB on the East Side of Pearland, or to the best HEB in Pasadena. Lately I've just been shopping Kroger when I don't have time to drive and don't want to deal with the headache of this HEB. It's sad to me that these employees make the same amount as other employees at various HEBs because a majority working has terrible work ethic. If you go to any other HEB they have THE friendliest employees. You're luckily if your cashier at this one tells you your price. Not to mention things are habitually out of stock. Whoever the Hiring Manager here needs to be reevaluated and could learn a thing or two from another Hiring Manager (my suggestion is the HM at the Pasadena on Fairmont). I have called in the past about some major issues that have occurred here and hoped things would get better, but they haven't and won't until someone in upper management takes pride in their store, customers and employees. read more

I love HEB!! I have tried every pharmacy in Pearland (Target, Walgreens, and CVS). I have chosen HEB as my preferred pharmacy. HEB Pharmacy has the best customer service I have experienced. The pharmacy staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help customers. You don't even need to ask; they automatically give you their help. I don't mean just filling prescriptions, their staff really goes above and beyond to find you the best deal/price for your medications. Not only that, they fill prescriptions very quick. If they know that your meds are not available, they immediately call you to inform you. Their communication with customers is superb! Not the case with the other pharmacies. If you call to find out when your Rx will be ready, you can normally get the price at the same time. I have never had this experience with a Walgreens/CVS. Also, it takes hours/days to get your prescriptions at the other pharmacies. If I have a coupon for certain prescriptions for a certain period of time, I don't have to remind HEB about the coupon. I had to tell Walgreens about the coupon every time I picked up my Rx. By far, the best pharmacy. As far as a grocery store, I have nothing to complain about. I always find what I'm looking for plus more. They have a great selection at great prices and again my preferred grocery store in Pearland. Yes, because of such good selection and prices, HEB can get pretty crowded. I usually shop between 8-11am or 7-9pm to avoid the crowd. read more
