Went in around 11 -1130 am to pick up prescription. Clerk argued that they didnt have it from the doctor, then he saw that it was faxed. I told him I didn't need the ibuprofen just the antibiotic. He said 'give us forty minutes'. I went home. Sent my adult son back that afternoon to pick up script for me. They only gave him the ibuprofen (which I told the guy I didn't need when I was there). I went back at 7 to get the other prescription and they said they only had a prescription for ibuprofen. I said when I was here talking to you this morning and he said 'I wasn't here this morning' Homie, you were there... it was 11:30... are you calling me a liar? Wtf. I'm convinced he deleted the clindamyacin, which my doctor verified they sent in, instead of the ibuprofen. Clerk argued with me. I won't go back to this pharmacy. Also if ibuprofen was the only thing they sent, why would I say I dont need that only thing and him tell me okay come back for it. there were two prescriptions, he deleted the one I actually needed. After a month of sepsis last year, going without an antibiotic is super not cool. Jerk. read more

I ordered to have my prescriptions delivered for free. They told me it would be about six hour wait but the delivery driver showed up about 3 1/2 hours after I called them. They're pretty quick and efficient once you receive the prescriptions you sign your signature on to his cell phone and then they leave. It's very convenient. I highly recommend using H-E-B prescription pharmacy delivery, it's great for those that are senior citizens or who is sick and can't get out of the house read more

This particular H-E-B on hwy 78 has caused me several issues. I have Lupus, PTSD, and horrible anxiety. Either they have to order a medication that I fill every month or make me make multiple trips due to this. My doctor depending on my circumstances will change up my scripts. I wait forever inside or drive through only to be told it's too soon and insurance will not cover a medication. I always have to explain and have look back at the original script. Then I get we can have that ready within the hour. I find myself sitting in my truck waiting as everything else was filled or I'll have to come back within a couple of days as they must order another med. I feel they should check when a script is dropped off or let me know right then they are out of stock. If they know a patient/customer gets a med filled every month for the last several years, one would think they'd order enough. I'm contemplating moving to CVS or Walgreens. H-E-B is like Foodland on Oahu on NOS!! They sell everything you can imagine. I even seen Paul Mitchell hair products which normally you can only buy in a hair salon and the price was super reasonable. We purchased everything we needed plus extras. I do my weekly shopping here. Last week mgs about my age 55 was all over, including the parking lot. Today at 4,30 checking out 6 lanes open, all checkers doing their own bagging, each had between 5-8 people in line. This would not of been so bad but the register next 2 over from me stood 3 MGRS. Chat chatting and laughing a youngerf woman in a pinkish shirt, a younger man in a dark blue with a small print. 3 male in an HEB shirt. While I helped ZACK bag my food. I said to him it's was. Was reaffirming to see this. The lady mgr. Watched me bag my 153.00 worth of HEB PRODUCTS. Me notg your regular shopper. I used to work in their main office, this will be my next call. Woohoo, thanks to returning to this store multiple times to get ca$h back, I'm officially the duchess of this location! LOL During one of my visits, I found a new favorite semi-sweet wine: Sweet Cabernet Sauvignon. I also tried Cupcake Cabernet and enjoyed it as well (especially for the price). Robert Mondavi Cabernet is one of my faves but I'm thinking about replacing it with the Cupcake Cab for a while. The ladies who work at the deli are nice and extremely friendly. We had a nice convo about enjoying a glass (or bottle) of wine after a long, hard day at work. I ordered a pound of potato wedges when we went to get Daph's white cake with butter cream icing and was so hungry I devoured the entire box while we were shopping so I had to go back and buy another box for her to enjoy with her hot wings (during the same visit). I know that's a shame but it goes to show that the potato wedges are delicious and so well-seasoned that I didn't even need any BBQ sauce. Ha! During round 2, I had a convo with the deli ladies about how good the wedges would be with eggs for breakfast or in a breakfast burrito. Yum! The cake man and cashiers were also just as friendly as the deli ladies. This is a great location! read more

Almost every getto car has there music (if you can call it that)very loud that has bad language like i want to here that. Have respect for others especially little kids. This pharmacy use to be great but now it has such crappy service. It's the whole store frankly. I think now that the whole neighborhood has been declining the store's customer service has gotten worse. Don't go thru the drive thru you can expect a 15 to 20 minute visit. read more

I seriously hate this HEB. I hate how big it looks but crowded it feels inside and trying to get in the door while everyone else is going in and out just sucks. The registers are so close to the entrance, it's just dumb. It's always crowded with a bunch ghetto people and their entire family.... Why do you gotta bring your entire family grocery shopping? Tell your husband to make a list and him and the kiddos stay home so I don't have to hear them yelling and running out in front of my cart!! Seriously... Customer service was ok... i asked an employee if they had Stella Rosa Black (wine) she had no clue, so she went and asked another employee and still no luck (at least they tried) store looked clean & shelves were stocked up. Years ago when we moved here this HEB was not as crowded and clientele was different. Product selection is ok but not anywhere near as good as Kitty Hawk. Overhead music is stupidly loud, yeah it may cover the noise of the kids with no manners but it gives me a headache. It would be great if they realized not everybody is deaf. Registers are too close to the door, so there is always a traffic jam because some people don't know how to use the other two doors. In a pinch this location will do but I do prefer to go elsewhere. Prices are okay (nothing to write home about), but the coupons are much better to what they used to be so I give them credit for that. read more

Well what can you say about HEB, its pretty much the same (aside from a plus store) but its an average store with most the same products. I felt the meat selection wasn't as great as the HEB on Kitty Hawk but I could still get by with what I need. Produce was fresh and prices were average. read more

Worst HEB in town? I think so. The store is filthy. Parking lot has used diapers on the ground and lots of litter. I don't trust any of the fresh food from this location as the store is always dirty, wall-to-wall people touching everything in sight. It's impossible to push your cart through the store as there are too many people and the crowds at the registers get insane. It's very aggravating. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to a different grocery store now just to avoid this cesspool of a grocery store. read more

They have really gone downhill over the years. Their product selection leaves alot to be desired. They have taken out many many brands in their stores and replaced them with their own. Most recently they severely cut their soup selection to make room for their own, which takes up as much room or more then the other brands combined. This continues with product after product to the point where I've had to start shopping elsewhere to have any real selection. Not good. Bery disappointed. read more
