This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at Walgreens. The photo center…read morestaff were completely unprofessional and extremely rude to my husband. We ordered a poster and received confirmation that it was ready for pickup under the correct name and location. When my husband arrived, the employees immediately dismissed him and insisted he was wrong about the name and that no order existed, despite him showing them the confirmation messages proving otherwise. Instead of helping, they argued with him and treated him like he didn't know what he was talking about. After wasting his time and giving him attitude, they finally admitted that their printer has been broken the entire time. So not only did they fail to complete the order, but they also never bothered to notify us before he drove there. That is completely unacceptable. This level of incompetence and disrespect is ridiculous. The staff clearly do not care about their customers or their jobs. I will never order from this location again, and I would strongly warn others to avoid their photo center unless they want to deal with rude employees and wasted time.
