After looking around, we decided to go check out the rest of the mall. The staff at Dillard's seemed welcoming, friendly, and helpful. As always, there is also a ton of merchandise offered. I said no, I do not get paid till Tuesday, then she said oh, ok. We, started talking then this lady named Kim, came over and I was telling the nice lady I was talking about me breaking 5 phones in a year and my daughter gave me the small phone, and the lady named Kim, came over and said Beggers can't be choosers. Then Kim, walked away. I was in shock and just left. I came back around to get her name and another lady said something about telling the manger and said oh, she was probably playing how did Kim, stated I told her that was not professional or respectful and told her I lost my job, and I already felt bad my eyes full of tears. I didn't want to break down at Macys. I came home I called the executive office at Macy's and spoke to Giselle, and she, stated she would be contacting Jennifer, which I advised her I had spoken to a manager, the manager stated Kim, was a vender. Giselle, said yes, she is a vendor for Versace. I told her that Kim was not being professional and that's no way to speak to any customer. I had lost my job playing or not. I never invited her into my conversation. I do not think that is funny. I was crying when I came home at my age 54. just because the woman named Kim, works for Versace, does not give her the right to treat customers like me or any customer like that. I hope Versace treat their customers in that manner. Every weekend I am at Macys, might not be a card member, I shop there and online. I am sorry, I am not rich or good enough to shop at Macy. I travel all over the state of Texas and I can honestly say that this was genuinely the worst…read moretarget I'd ever been to. Several out of stock items and sizes, smalls on XL hangers, XXL on small hangers, a terrible variety, SEVERAL mislabeled items, torn items, stained and dirty items (they're literally new, how are they dirty?!), incorrectly priced items, misplaced items, etc. At one point I had put my empty basket down next to me on the bench to try shoes on and an employee literally grabbed it from next to me without saying anything, didn't even ask! Of all the cardboard shoe inserts, elastic strings, and packaging on the ground that could be picked up, you pick up a basket?? I grabbed an energy drink from the fridge and they were warm - could tell they just restocked. No biggie, but I reached towards the back of the fridge for the same brand and flavor and they were perfectly cold. Pretty clear indication that "first in, first out" isn't a thing for the sales rep who stocked it, whether it was a target employee, or the drink-brand rep. Either way, not a good look. Just to top it all off, I go to check out and a pack of socks that was supposed to be ~$6 ended up being $11 and some change - those are all in the wrong spot. Alongside that, a pair of shoes that were advertised as being $30 on the shelf ended up ringing up at $45. When I asked the employee about it, she didn't even double check for me, just told me that "it happens." Yikes. I didn't get majority of the things I wanted to get.... All in all, worst target I'd ever visited.

We actually have to pay for a membership to shop here? That is hard to understand given the overall…read moreshopping experience. The store is consistently overcrowded, even on weekdays, and the clothing sections rarely seem to be organized correctly. I placed a pickup order, only to find that nearly half of the items were out of stock, which suggests inventory management issues. The store itself often feels congested, with trash on the floors and little to no customer assistance available. Clothing racks and displays appear disorganized, making the shopping experience feel more like searching through a garage sale than browsing a retail store. For a membership-based shopping experience, I expected a cleaner, more organized environment and better inventory accuracy. Unfortunately, this location did not meet those expectations on multiple occasions. Do better!
