We have worked with Richard twice. The first project was after we bought our new (old) home and had…read moreit re-wired - Richard's team patched 160+ holes and repainted all interiors. The second was to patch a couple dozen holes and repair tile after we had the home re-piped. In both cases we were very happy with the work, Richard and his employees are very skilled. The walls look really fantastic, the texturing is very good, making the areas where holes were imperceptible. Richard also had the young man who worked on this latest project go the extra mile, touching up some paint without us asking, and adding new silicone sealant in the bath, and being very mindful that the grout in the tile work matched what was already there. Richard was great in both cases, particularly because he was able to accommodate us quickly in this latest project, and working on a Saturday so that we would finally have functioning baths again. He is a very knowledgeable and pleasant person to work with.

We called Daniel, based on his reviews on Yelp, to assist with a sour smell left in the carpet as a…read moreresult of milk being spilled after Thanksgiving. He quoted us a price on the phone, and offered to come to the house to give us a more specific bid. We ultimately ended up engaging Daniel to clean the carpets in our entire house, rather than just the stain. Prior to arriving he called to say he was 30 minutes away. Arrived promptly at the time he specified he would be here. Daniel outlined the cleaning process, including expectations afterward, with regard to drying. He met all expectations. I did not feel that I was being over-charged. The price seemed fair and reasonable. He worked diligently and was conscientious. We were disappointed that the smell on the carpet in the area we had asked him to thoroughly clean came back a couple days later. We had paid extra for him to ensure the smell was removed. His solutions offered over the phone subsequently all included additional costs. I wish he would have done a better job to explain that the extra charges on the front end might not be the solution we needed.

I pointed out things that were still dirty like counter tops, baseboards, appliances, shower walls & much more. They spot wiped the areas I showed her (not the entire area that was still dirty. They left as I was recleaning almost everything they proposed to do. I chose this company because they had a checklist of work they perform, however, I think that was only for me to know what they intend to do. The workers had no idea about it because I did ask Graciela for it to check off what was done so she could see what was left to do. There was so much left incomplete. I'm a janitor's daughter. His supervisors had check lists & the employees had to make sure all was done before they left for the night. The amount I paid for a 1/1 move out clean should have left it perfect. The attitude & quality was seriously shameful. 1 star for communication with Maricela & 1 star for promptness.

I was in a pinch and needed a thorough home cleaning last minute (like less than 24 hours). I went through Yelp to request estimates from multiple businesses. The majority of them weren't available on Sundays or just too pricey. I had lost hope, until I received a call from AJ with Deep Clean Houston. AJ is the owner of the establishment. From the moment he called me, he was extremely professional, courteous, polite and empathetic. He could sense my urgency to have someone clean our home quickly and he accommodated our request even though the hours I needed him were technically not working hours for his business. AJ arrived at our home punctually, had a great personality and maintained the professionalism I got over the phone. He did a walkthrough of my home with me and asked for preferences on how we wanted things cleaned, organized, etc. I was worried for him because he was about to tackle a 3300 square foot home alone, but he wasn't intimidated by it at all. After his assessment, we tried to stay out of his way to let him do his thing. The cleaning was thorough, precise and detailed even though this was only a standard cleaning. It did take him about 6 hours to finish but I knew he was trying to make a good first impression and he also was by himself. My house literally had a makeover and it was very impressive. He brought all of his own supplies and didn't need any help once he got started. If you are looking for a family owned business that prides itself on professionalism, quality work, and affordable service, look no further than Deep Clean Houston. We will definitely hire this company again! Thanks, AJ!
