Next day manager said they broke a brake line. I asked for an estimate; $1500 (ball park). I said wasn't sure if truck was worth that. What could they do to get me back on the road. Said he could do a patch job; couple hundred dollars. Okay; get truck on the road. 3 days later said they broke another brake line; I needed truck; repair it. Final bill $1084 (he said they only charged for the brake line; not labor). I now hear of other folks having maintenance 'add ons' when they bring their vehicles for repair.
