Our taxes were submitted with outdated bank account information, so instead of the directed deposit we were expecting, we now have to wait for the bank to reject the deposit, and then the refund will be mailed to us as a check in 5-6 weeks! We should have known not to go back after they input the social # incorrectly last year. Mistake after mistake, causing us major delays in receiving our refunds. I'd highly suggest finding another Tax Preparation company for your taxes.
