This year we filed like normal, paid our $200 and 2 weeks later it was not showing that our taxes had been filed. I called up and they told me "well we mailed them" i was dumbfounded- what do you mean MAILED THEM. She said "oh well we couldnt find our login to the IRS so we have been mailing them, dont worry we will get a return slip when the IRS receives the return" I was PISSED... they never told us they were mailing them. If i wanted them mailed i would have done it myself. The last 2 years were electronic and we got our refund within 2 weeks. Its July and still waiting this year. Now the IRS Posts that they have 11 MILLION paper taxes to file and are behind.... the way things are going we will get 2022 before 2021 thanks to A Plus MAILING OUR RETURN IN AFTER PAYING $200. I am beyond mad. I finally got ahold of someone at the IRS and they do not even have record as of 7/15/22 of receiving our return and to call back in 16 weeks, yes WEEKS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
