I guess there was no time for our business there, hence we had to cancel our policy, even then it took me weeks to hear back about a refund. Ironically even though I requested the cancellation days before the monthly payment they still managed to charge me. What a stressful and awful experience.

What's sad is I wasn't even calling as a customer. I was calling on behalf of one of my clients, who is one of their existing customers, so I got to see how they treated people on the phone. My client even made a remark to me at one point and told me how "sassy" they were him. How people treat you on the phone really says a lot about an insurance company. I emailed several companies all the same day, "Jake", "Flo", PK Kelly and the Farmers. I received 3 of the 4 quotes and compared them side by side. They all pretty much had the same coverage and varied greatly in price. We always pay by the year and have credit ratings in the "green zone". We decided on PK Kelly not only for the yearly quote but because Jennifer was the only one to call me the same day she sent the quote and went over the policies with me. A few days later I did receive follow up emails from the others and at least a week went by before the 4th agent contacted me but no calls. Our policies from Jennifer w/PK Kelly are reasonable and hopefully not to just get our business and then increase our premiums next year. Time will tell right? I would recommend you give Jenn a call if you are shopping around for insurance.
