I would suggest going somewhere else. We have used A Plus for the past 3 years. Every year there is…read morea different "tax professional" working there. This year we filed like normal, paid our $200 and 2 weeks later it was not showing that our taxes had been filed. I called up and they told me "well we mailed them" i was dumbfounded- what do you mean MAILED THEM. She said "oh well we couldnt find our login to the IRS so we have been mailing them, dont worry we will get a return slip when the IRS receives the return" I was PISSED... they never told us they were mailing them. If i wanted them mailed i would have done it myself. The last 2 years were electronic and we got our refund within 2 weeks. Its July and still waiting this year. Now the IRS Posts that they have 11 MILLION paper taxes to file and are behind.... the way things are going we will get 2022 before 2021 thanks to A Plus MAILING OUR RETURN IN AFTER PAYING $200. I am beyond mad. I finally got ahold of someone at the IRS and they do not even have record as of 7/15/22 of receiving our return and to call back in 16 weeks, yes WEEKS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am an attorney myself (different practice area and not local) so I recognize great work when I see it. Ms. Buselli guided me through the process with just the right amount of information and always willing to explain the context when I had questions. Filings were prompt, her office is well run, and I received Letters Testamentary at the first opportunity to begin settling my dad's estate. I highly recommend Ms. Buselli and her firm.

His prices have been extremely reasonable (honestly he should charge more considering all of the effort he put in on my behalf), and I was always kept in the loop every step of the way. His approach made a confusing situation crystal clear, and he was always prompt in addressing any of my questions and concerns when they came up. I highly recommend him, and his work ethic was of the highest quality. Not only has he served our country, he's served our community as well, and we're better for it. San Angelo loves and supports its military members and veterans, so let's keep showing that support by giving him your business!
