I had dozens of questions and didn't bring half of my paperwork. This didn't stop Elizabeth from being outstanding with my tax filing needs. She let me gather my documents and answered all of my questions in a way that were easy to understand. She walked me step by step through my filing and found extra savings for me. For the last 3 years I've come out of tax season owing the Uncle Sam. This will be the first year I receive a refund and it is all thanks to the Elizabeth's hard work, knowledge of taxes, and amazing customer services. I was advised by the responding officer that the police report would not be ready until after noon on Monday so I planned on waiting until then to call the insurance since I had no details on the accident. First thing Monday morning I received a call from Ann who works in Mark Vega's office asking if I was ok. I was very pleasantly surprised, especially when Ann said that Mark had told her to call and check on me. WOW, now that's great service! I was assured that everything would be taken care of. Although my car was totaled, the process was pretty smooth thanks to Mark and his staff. I strongly recommend Mark Vega for anyone looking for insurance. Not only is he competitive, but you will get a great agent.
