They made me wait for over a week to get an adjuster for a major claim just to find out it wasn't covered. They knew what the claim was for and didn't bother to tell me up front it wasn't covered. I had to find out from the adjuster that my $10,000 + claim was not covered. I was advised by the responding officer that the police report would not be ready until after noon on Monday so I planned on waiting until then to call the insurance since I had no details on the accident. First thing Monday morning I received a call from Ann who works in Mark Vega's office asking if I was ok. I was very pleasantly surprised, especially when Ann said that Mark had told her to call and check on me. WOW, now that's great service! I was assured that everything would be taken care of. Although my car was totaled, the process was pretty smooth thanks to Mark and his staff. I strongly recommend Mark Vega for anyone looking for insurance. Not only is he competitive, but you will get a great agent.
