We sent our information over when requested (DL, proof of insurance, etc.) to the email that was given us. The next morning, they stated it wasn't received. We had to send it again. They blamed it on the tech dept saying they may have blocked it, which is strange because when sent yet again, to the same email address, they received it. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They gave me a down payment amount. I wrote out the check to have it ready when I arrived. Upon arrival they told me it was actually $989 MORE than what was stated that very morning. Linda Watkins was not knowledgeable about any of the communication that we'd had with other loan officers. We did the two DocuSigns that were sent to us, right in front of her. They were completed. She gave us the paperwork stating that or loan was completed. The next morning I received two voicemails stating that she did not receive the DocuSign documents that we'd completed AND submitted in front of her. She couldn't have figured this out when we were sitting in front of her? She gave us the paperwork stating our loan was completed. It WAS NOT. We had to call and speak with someone else on Saturday. He re-sent the DocuSign documents that she stated she'd sent AGAIN on Saturday morning, which we did not receive from her at all. We had to sign the DocuSign documents (again) on Saturday, which we sent to another loan officer whom we spoke to on the phone, because (of course) Linda Watkins was unavailable. He received them and took care of the situation. After ten days, I think it's completed, but honestly I'm still not sure. We'd planned on going through WSECU for our home loan. HAHAHA!!!! That's not happening! Save yourself some time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! If zero stars were an option thats what I would give them!
