In 2023 I was forced to make a claim on my home owners policy (through Pemco) As a result, price of my premiums DOUBLED! As a single homeowner, this is a strain on my budget. When reviewing my policy with Joe Hammon, I explained that I was very disappointed with them doubling my premiums. I could see them raising it even as much as 50%, but 100% price increase is too much! Joe Made me feel belittled by the fact that I had to make a claim. And when I told him that he needed to get to work and see what he could do since he was a broker, he got super butt hurt about - it acting a victim because I was asking him to do his job. It was an awkward and unnecessary experience all around, would not recommend....

Then come to find out my mom has the same agent she checks her home owners policy and they were taking her money but the home wasn't covered . She had to switch to Darlene Morales in Olympia. There is absolutely no customer service at this branch. Don't make my mistake and take your business to another location.
