Hopefully, we can get a response before the bank becomes upset over not receiving the necessary insurance documents. I'm seriously considering switching insurance agents. I needed car insurance and to get my home insurance started for my new home. My Dad connected me with Candice and we talked like friends would. She was able to get me all set up over the phone and I was able to sign documents online and she mailed me ones to sign with a readdressed envelope to send it back. So efficient. Recently I just had an issue and had to close my checking account. I went online to try and change the account where my monthly payment was being debited and I thought I had done it correctly. Candice reached out to me mentioning my payment was showing late and that the account on file was closed. I quickly responded saying that I had changed the account but that it must not have worked. I gave her all my new account info and helped me get it set up. Today I received a letter from Farmers that I had a return check fee of $25 for messing up. I emailed Candice to see if that might be waived because I didn't intentionally mean for my account to be wrong. She responded quickly saying she had already contacted them and had it waived. I am just beyond happy with Candice. She treats me like family and takes care of me. I have never received such personal customer service.
