My husband and I weren't married at the time, and needed some coverage after losing our coverage back in Cali for a year or more. Fast Forward almost 30! Years, and now they insure our daughters car as well as our two. We actually added her newer Mazda to our policy and ended up Lanny finding us a policy that was cheaper than our two car policy, this is a teenager we're talking about, we were all so excited that day. Its just so great to be able to walk in and make a payment, change parameters on your policy, or just shoot the breeze with this smart trio of siblings. I was told that other insurance companies had not got back with quotes. So, I gave them a couple more days. I have not heard ANY THING FROM DUNCAN during this whole experience. They have never kept me informed of timeframe or asked for more time. It is ridiculous that an insurance broker would just drop a prospective client! I would never give my business to this company if that were the quality of service they provide. Stay away from them.
