During our appointment, Helen repeatedly answered phone calls while speaking with us, which felt extremely rude and disrespectful of our time. Another major concern was the lack of transparency regarding pricing. Fees were only mentioned verbally, with no clear written breakdown or invoice ever provided. We returned a second time to drop off documents, and when we came back again with additional questions, the experience became even worse. Our questions were dismissed, and again, phone calls were prioritized over the clients sitting directly in front of her. It genuinely felt like she did not want to answer basic questions or provide clarity about the service. Overall, the entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and honestly raised serious scam concerns for us. The lack of invoices, poor communication, dismissive attitude, and questionable reviews made the business feel unreliable and untrustworthy. At the very least, clients should expect basic professionalism, transparency, and respectful customer service -- including a simple "hello" and "thank you." I strongly recommend that people avoid this place and look for a more professional and trustworthy tax service elsewhere.

He's not responsive, he sets up calls and then never answers them. Even though he said he was "close" to having our taxes done in early March, by the end of March received nothing after several calls and emails. I do not recommend him for anyone.
