H&M Kids
Rosie S.

I recently visited this location to purchase some items to prepare for my babies arrival. I was pleased to find that they had a wide variety of items for children and infants. As I was shopping, I had to request assistance from a few representatives in store to understand the sizing they do not offer 0 to 3 months if there is anyone looking for clothing for that size, but they start at three months. There were signs in store advertising a sale for kids items as long as you made a purchase at a certain amount. I inquired at the register about the signs about the sale and the representative at the register was unsure of what I was talking about. I think it's important when shopping anywhere that all individuals on shift are aware of the different cells that are going on and that are active. That was the first red flag for me. the second was when I question them about their recycle program which they told me I would only be able to redeem my 15% coupon for bringing in clothing that I've already worn one time per transaction. I asked to speak with her manager to ensure that I was understanding that if I walked in the store an hour later and decided to purchase again that I would be able to use the coupon yet. At this time I couldn't split my current order to use the coupon. The managers name that I interacted with was Brian, who quickly got frustrated with me, my questioning and my logic and ended the conversation by saying to me well are you gonna get your items or not? As I've mentioned at the beginning of this review, I am shopping for my babies arrival, which is swiftly approaching any day now, so yeah I'm gonna get what I came to, but I don't appreciate how I was handled as a customer and as a person who participates in the recycle program. Use your own judgment if you need something last minute and this location is nearest to you by all means if not, I definitely prefer the dilemma location I have never been spoken to treated or handled in such a way.

Hours on Google maps but they claim they close at 7
Steve R.

They haven't updated their hours on Google maps. It says they close at 8 pm. I get there at 6:59, thinking I'll have a chance to try on some shirts for an event I have to go to tomorrow. The woman tried to close the door on me saying they close at 7 now. She let me in but the whole time they're trying to rush me out. Not her fault but UPDATE YOUR HOURS ONLINE, that includes Google which a LOT of people use.

2017 Yelp 100 Challenge 9/100 Made a quick stop to purchase few "display" items. - Store looks like a crazy mess but if you love diggin... you'll hit the jackpot! Lot of hidden $5/$7/$15 sale items scattered all over the store. Came up on few flats, wedge, and handful of necklaces :) (Although the quality isn't all great for the $ it was worth it... i guess) The ONLY thing I didn't see were hats!! O,o Plus even on a Tuesday evening there was only 1 cashier available :(

Parking is tricky, but it's one of the biggest H&Ms around, great selection, and the customer service is better than most.

“I also like the fact that since it isn't in a mall, it's super quick and easy to get in and out of, like if you want to pick up some shoes, a purse, or an outfit on your way somewhere.”

This very popular three-level indoor mall has a great food court and ground level supermarket…read more These two places also have the fairest prices. While it was great to see only two empty storefronts, most businesses sell overpriced to super overpriced products to stay afloat. The mall is dated-looking, with a defunct water fountain, but the open second floor bathed in natural sunlight gives off soothing, chill vibes. The food court has about 9 places, mostly Korean but also a Vietnamese and Japanese katsu options. We ate fresh bi bim naeng myun (very chewy buckwheat noodles), ja jang myun (chewy noodles with black bean sauce and a nice amount of minced beef or pork), and fish cake on a skewer. Some places charge for a to go container and the cranky employee at the naeng myun place (the name's only in Korean, Kang San Myun Ok, refused to sell me to go in separate containers. Excuse me for wanting to separate the chewy noodles from the broth, as the noodles will lose elasticity from a long drive. The food court had many televisions broadcasting a World Cup match. There eating area is spacious with tables are cleared and wiped quickly. The outdoor dining are was closed the day we went. The supermarket is huge, organized and has the viral fruit-shaped ice cream that I adore, for $4.99 each. There's a Cake House bakery with mildly sweet Asian pastries and hot beverages. Their cakes are very expensive and beautiful. Cake slices are also sold. The mall has women's clothes, skin care, a bank, bookstore, children's toys, handbags and jewelry, and knick-knacks or collectibles. There's even a flower shop on a parking level right by the supermarket entrance. We were surprised to spend about 4 hours there. It's easy to spend a lot of time here as the parking is free! I will be back for the food and accessories in support of Korean-owned businesses.

The Bottom Line 3 stars: A good place to stop by IF you are in the area, for general groceries and…read moreKorean food specialty items, and/or to have some decent and reasonably priced Korean food. The Little Bean coffee shop is also worth a visit (see my sepataete review). Recommended! Location 4 stars: SE corner of Olympic and Western in southern K-Town, to the West of DTLA/LA Live. Free self parking on premises. Venue 3 stars: Older shopping complex, consisting of the Galleria Supermarket on the lower level and 2 levels of shops. Extensive Food Court on the 3rd floor. Store mix 3 stars: Mostly mid-to-low tier unbranded clothing and health stores. A nice coffee shop on the second level (Little Bean Coffee). The food court is massive, with tens of Korean restaurants. I recommend Galleria Tonkatsu and Jin Su Sung Chan.
