Terrible customer service encounter. When I asked to speak to the manager to report the rude employee, it turns out that the manager was the rude employee. "Hailey" if that even is her name needs to be retrained if this is how she speaks to her customers on a daily. She thought she saw a vulnerable person who wouldn't speak up for themselves, but she really thought wrong. She'll also be reported to the security office and corporate. This is a huge store with sections for mens , womens and kids. Lot of clothes on sale all the time. 4 billing counters so checkout is usually fast. Although very few store members for any help. It's mostly self exploration here. But mostly you will get things which will interest you to buy. Many fitting rooms but still sometimes queue will be there due to rush here. read more

It's a huge store, you do not expect this out of this world experience but I was SO surprised on the way I left feeling this morning. Stopped in, was looking for a specific faux leather skirt and the young lady led me to where they were at. My size was not available and on her own offered me to go out of her way and get it ordered online for me at no additional cost. Super cool and helpful! At the end she kept apologizing for not having it when typically people do not care and keep going with their day. Wish I could have gotten her name, to email the company and recognize her efforts on providing a good shopping experience. read more

Horrible customer service from the manager Albert. Marked their jeans a certain price and then got to the register and they wouldn't honor the price. I asked him why they marked them that price he said that's just how we do thing, I said well you are confusing the customer and he said sorry I don't know what to tell you. read more

The sales associates were very rude when my mom returned an item to their store, claiming it had been worn and washed. The tags were still on the sweater, so I have no idea why they thought it was washed. I tried it on once at home and that was it. Poor customer service leaves me very disappointed with this establishment. read more

I enjoy shopping at H&M and it so happens to be that I was at Glendale. I stopped by and they are going through a remodel. I understand it could be dusty and dirty, that is not an issue. What is an issue is the POOR customer service. I walked in and I encountered various employees, by various I mean a good seven different employees and none of them came up to me and asked if I was finding everything okay. There place is looking so nice but with their POOR customer service, I am for sure going to avoid this H&M. read more

I came in just to look at a few quick items. I wasn't actually intending to even purchase anything. The girl quickly approached me informed me that the store was closed. It was six minutes till closing time. I informed her that it was still six minutes until closing time. She said, "Oh, I rounded up." Very rude. Didn't even ask if she could help me. It's a cool store. I love fashion and finding good treasures. The store is one of the most organized and clean from most H&M I've been too. Everyone is very nice! Also they are open at 9 during the weekdays now. read more

When they first opened I really enjoyed shopping this store and in fact all their stores. But as of late, the clothes just aren't made with quality fabrics. The store is jam packed and the prices are ridiculous. If you have the time to search through packed racks you may find a gem, but otherwise avoid. So sad because I did once really like H & M. read more

So I came into H&M looking for a birthday outfit, therefore i tried on several items. As i entered the dressing room a very goofy associate, i believe her name was Genesis, right away helped me and offered to get any additional sizes for me. As i was being indecisive, she helped me choose which outfit to buy, helping me make something like a pros and cons list, if you will. Anyway, i was standing in line very happy because i love good service, but as i reach the register the most grouchy lady i have every encountered helped me check out. Brent, the cashier, was a bit rude. I didn't notice, but the price tag on one of my pairs of shorts had a $7 sticker on it. Since I hadn't noticed, I was expecting to pay full price, which was $17.99. Upon discovering the $7 sticker, Brent removed it, and said (quite rudely) that the $7 sticker was an error and that I would have to pay full price. Since I was expecting to pay full price, I wasn't really bothered. But, I did ask Brent why there would be a $7 sticker if it weren't actually priced at 7. He said that a customer must've done that, and I asked why, and he said so that they could pay $7. Again, I really didn't mind paying full price, but I did mind Brent's attitude. read more
