I understand delays happen, but going over a month with no clear answer and no proactive communication is poor customer service. I've now had to consider canceling the order or disputing the charge just to get a resolution but i've strung along past their policy time period Would not recommend ordering through their warehouse fulfillment unless you're okay with being left in the dark.
