I had seen all the tasty looking posts of dishes covered in sauce from Gyro Kings, and this sauce loving girl had to try them. We order via Door Dash two different times. Once I got the Gyro Sandwich and the second time, we each got the Kings Combo Meat Loaded Fries. The sauce was plentiful as everyone had said, but the chicken part of the combo meat was pretty dry. The gyro meat was great, so I just focused on that and ate around the chicken. We ordered a few extra King Sauces and that helped the dryness a bit. The sauce was tasty and tangy. The second disappointing thing I noticed was an almost freezer burned taste to both the fries and on both the meats. I'm not sure if that's just the spices they use, maybe, but it definitely had a freezer taste to it. If I ordered from them again, I think I'd stick with only the gyro meat (no chicken), and get it over rice with extra King Sauce. read more

This is hands down the best food I've had in a long time. Get the #7 combo platter! They gave us a little sample before we ordered it, and it blew me away with how flavorful it is. I found this place on DoorDash, and decided to try it. The reviews seemed pretty good. I then arrived and the moment I stepped into the shop, I could tell my food was gonna slap. There was a lively bunch of people of all different ethnicities there - ambience 10/10-, all patiently waiting for their food while the 4 men behind the counter worked tirelessly and efficiently to give them their food. Despite the chaos and crowd, the staff remained friendly, kind, and accommodating, which I really loved to see. Then there's the food - soo yum!!! And like the other reviews point out, HUGE portions (I have enough for my lunch today). It was appropriately drenched in that yummy white sauce, but I'm a saucey person. My family and I really like Greek food and wanted to try something new. We live in Valley so it was about 30 minute drive. As we were walking into the restaurant there was an accident in the parking lot right outside their front door. I thought a little free entertainment before we walked into the restaurant. When we walked in they asked if we had been there before. We told them no so they gave us a sample. We ordered at the counter and sat down to eat. That is when the commotion started. The two ladies from the different cars who got into the accident came in to get their food. They were yelling at each other and may have used some adult language at each other. The workers had to ask them to leave if they kept it up. They finally got their meals and left. Anyhow we all loved our meals and chuckled at the entertainment. The workers were so nice, the food was really good and the portions were large (we had take home). Felt like we got the value for our money. Everything was great. It was later in the evening so the floors were a little dirty but that would be my only negative. I found this place on Yelp and decided to try it. Yelp did not disappoint. Entering the parking lot, there is a lot to be desired; however, don't judge a book by its cover. When I entered, I was undecided by what I wanted because everything looked and smelled delicious. Shavi assisted me in deciding what to order and he even allowed me to sample the combo platter. After sampling the combo, I knew this was my only choice. You definitely get your money's worth as well. There are seating options inside, but opted to take my food to go. They tied the bag shut and when I got home I realized they shorted me the pita bread. That's kind of like serving fajitas with no tortillas. It actually ruined the whole experience. There is great energy here as well as great food. You can choose your toppings (I got everything but olives. Just never have liked em‍) on both dishes. The salad dressing is a very light Greek, not too tart. I got the combo and both the chicken and beef were cooked to perfection but the chicken really shines. It's a little crisp and a little tender. You can choose from a mild sauce which reminds me of if schwarma sauce and tzaziki had a kid and a spicy version of that. The spicy sauce reminds me of a Chipotle ranch but way more complex and delicious. Comes with warm pita bread cut up for scooping it in your mouth! I predict this is going to be the next "drunken munchies" spot for late night cravings. Open till midnight most nights then later on weekend nights.
