My trainer Christine was amazing in accommodating my schedule, and even competes herself! Loleta also provides meal and plans which are proven to work. As an older member, her disclosure also caused me to feel singled out and scrutinized during my workouts. In a separate incident, the owner also resorted to Instagram after I was assisted by other members attempting to correct my form on an exercise I had just learned. She told her Instagram followers that I had a casual conversation with them, which she knew was not true because I had already explained to her what ACTUALLY happened. Nevertheless, she proceeded to ask her followers for "their thoughts", knowing exactly what those thoughts would be. This led to an attack on social media about my IQ and judgement. The owner's disclosure of my age without my consent, and her precipitating an attack on social media against me was extremely unprofessional.

There are wipes in certain areas of the gym and it is pretty clean. The bad- I find the gym is usually very hot. Trust me it's not from exercise. Sometimes it's so hot, I may as well exercise outside. Also, I find that there are certain times of the day where there aren't any parking spaces. This isn't usually the case, but I got there on a Wednesday around 10, and after driving around for awhile, went home. I would give them 5 stars if they would crank the air up a bit.

The people are little unruly for this location being in Pembroke Pines area. Don't leave your station unattended for 10 seconds because whatever you were using will disappear even if you leave your car keys and phone nearby the equipment you were using. Yes I will be back in the future unfortunately. I don't want to recommend this place to others though. Try going to different Crunch fitness and you will be better taken care of.

I did not like the open floor format. Place is big though. I did not see a lot of members cleaning after using the equipment.
