A female store employee was very rude to my husband this morning. He stopped in to inquire about…read morethe possibility of selling a used Uppa Baby Stroller (which retailed at $850+ five years ago). Yes, the seat was slightly discolored and the fabric was lightly stained in one area. However, there was no need to immediately dismiss him by saying "WE DON'T SELL CRAP HERE". A simple recommendation to clean the fabric prior to considering it for consignment would have sufficed. I think it goes without saying that this employee would benefit from a lesson in how to treat potential customers with respect and I sincerely hope that her rude behavior is not a reflection of the business as a whole. Thanks for driving home the fact that your shop does not sell "CRAP" but in doing so, also demonstrated your "CRAPPY" customer service.

You would think someone in that business would know the products they are working with. She is more than happy to sell cheap items on the store room floor. For example a push car, (where the child rides in) sells foe about 40 bucks new. This item was the first thing you saw when you went in. I had the same exact item in better shape that I put to the curb this weekend and someone took it for FREE. Also, the store was suppose to open at 10 and she came rolling in at 10:20, not the best way to run a business. I would avoid going to this store, unless your looking to buy cheap items.

We…read moreplanned to scope out some of the clothes and didn't plan to stay long and if anything buy a dress or two for our daughter. The woman at the register was incredibly sweet, however a couple minutes after we entered, another woman came into the store. Im not sure what the woman's name was, but she was an employee. We got there about 10 minutes before closing although we were unaware of that until the other employee brought it up. We apologized & responded by saying we were just trying to get an idea of what the store had and didn't plan on staying past closing. The woman responded with "well some of us have places to be & lives to live". She came off as very rude, despite the other employee insisting to her that she would be fine alone, and that she could leave early. We got there at about 5:20, and the door was not locked, nor did the register woman mention she had an issue at all. My husband went back inside after loading our kids up to explain to the nicer woman, how off putting the other had been, and that it's deterring us as new customers to come back. He went back to iterate that behaving that way was just very rude of her, and we also wanted to ensure that she wasn't the owner of the store. 1 star off for that woman, 4 stars that maybe could become 5 depending on our next visit which will hopefully be a better one. I don't know if she was having a bad day, or an emergency, but we did not appreciate her demeanor towards us, especially in the presence of our children. The only reason we are going to give this place another shot, is due to the woman at the register who was both apologetic & sympathetic on behalf of her coworker. 05/19/2026

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the prices were good (with a sale section in the front). I even went back and purchased her sister's dress and accessories for the day too. We made an appointment, as most boutiques rather you do this then walk in off the street, and were greeted pleasantly. We gave the associate our budget and ended up purchasing a gorgeous Christie Helene dress off the rack. The owner also gave us a discount. The store carries dresses for every budget and I did not feel pressured to buy anything. Her veil had to be ordered and came in a few weeks later and we received it steamed. We had a great experience here and will be back in a few years for her sisters communion dress as well! I highly recommend this store.

Wife loves the store…read more.. For such high priced items, you should hire a more professional person to be running it. The young girl working on 8/19/2020, was on her phone most of the time, and simply did not want to be working at the store. Get better staff before your business is ran into the ground.
