I was worried because of the negative reviews but I think it was just because of Covid because I ordered a wagon yesterday and it got delivered today! It was $130 cheaper than everywhere else I looked! 10/10 recommend

Bought my wagon stroller and it just arrived today and I am so happy with it! I was a little worried using the company cause I didn't know anything about it but I 100% recommend using them. I'm so excited to start using it with my girls! Thank you Piccolino baby!

In the midst of Covid 19, Piccolino made our dreams come true. We saved up and bought a Doona, and the initial color we picked was no longer available after our purchase. They communicated with us and gave us a great deal by allowing us to pick another color for the same price, with no tax and no shipping. This is exactly why we decided to buy from them in the first place because it saved us at least $150 since we're in CA and they're in NJ. Thank you for the great customer service!

Really good!! I didn't know the store and was afraid because there are not many good reviews here. I had zero problems!! I received everything in last than 10 days after my order paying the best price in the market. I asked the store if it was possible to change the color after I have already ordered, and Steven friendly answered me that it was no problem at all that they were not going to charge me the difference. I strongly recommend it, and that's why I am making sure to write a good review!

Juvenile Planet has had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an…read moreorder on 11/03 off of their website to have a dresser shipped to my house. I inquired via text on 11/14 about my order and when it would ship, which then I received a text back stating that they needed me to send a picture of the front and back of my drivers license and a picture of my credit card. I did not feel comfortable providing this information via text and therefore I called the store phone number on 11/18 to again inquire about my purchase. The employee on the phones response was "and?" until I further explained had long it had been since I made the purchase; during this call I was told that they did not ship furniture and they weren't sure how I was able to make that purchase online. It was agreed upon that I would receive a refund. Although the customer service during this phone call was less than polite, it doesn't compare the follow up conversation I had when the "store manager." Within a few minutes after this phone call, I received a phone call back from the so called "store manager" stating that in order to process the refund she would need a picture of my license and credit card. I asked if I could mark out all of the "important information" in order to not have my information stolen and she questioned me "why would you want to do that other than if you are doing fraud?" I told her that I didn't understand why she would need that information to simply refund the credit card that was used. She explained that they have had a lot of "fraud purchases". I again stated that I didn't understand why she would need that information to simply refund me. She then tried to change her story that they were going to ship the item to me, and I made the comment "well can you ship or not ship the item?" She stated that she could have it dropped shipped. I asked to explain what this was, but she did not answer my question. She again hastily accused me of being fraudulent. She stated that she was going to report this to the head store manager, and when I asked if I could have the head store manager call me back, she stated that she was the store manager. I asked her "then why did you say that you were going to report this to the head store manager?" After this question, I could her her whispering on the phone and then she hung up on me. This "store manager's" tone and approach to this inquiry was totally unprofessional; she became very snarky throughout the conversation, kept changing her story, and accused me of being fraudulent multiple times when I was simply asking for a refund on an item that I was originally told could not be shipped.

Non-existent website customer support…read more I ordered a Uppababy Vista snack tray from their website, which stated that it was for the 2008-2014 models of the stroller. The snack tray that arrived was the newer version which was not compatible with the older stroller. I emailed customer service, no response. I shipped back the tray, received no refund. I contacted their customer service again, and again, no response. Finally, I ended up escalating through PayPal, and fortunately, again no response, so I got my refund. But two months and substantially more effort than it should have taken.

I tried to order a strida bike from their website; they are the only authorized strida dealer in the US. Their inventory on their website is completely inaccurate, as I found out the hard way. I placed an order for a strida bike only to receive a notice from Paypal a few days later that my payment had been refunded. I didn't receive any correspondence from "Quality" Toys regarding this transaction. I repeatedly called and emailed them to find out why it had been cancelled, since their website said they had the product in stock. I never received a phone call or email response. I ended up placing an order with Canada West for the same bike, and they were very easy to deal with. I strongly recommend against ordering ANYTHING from this company. They are dishonest and unresponsive to customer requests.

Several times over the next few weeks, I went to their website and filled my basket with the exact same items, and found that I could place orders all day long for the exact same items. They do NOT show out of stock, back ordered, or anything of the sort. Why take orders for products that you do not have? I am not sure what the problem is with Quality Toys, but it is annoying to think that your order is on its way to you, only to have to be advised several days later that it has been cancelled.

I guess one of the managers came out and treated us like s**t. I'll leave it at that. I bit my tongue and left pretty much saying screw them. We discussed it and we called Josh on the way home and made a counter offer and they accepted. This was a Saturday near closing. Josh got everything in order for pickup on Weds. Wednesday comes and I slip out of work a bit early and head up. Josh was off. The person showing us the RV asked if I was ready for towing. I said yes. He said do you have braking controls. I said no. My Jeep tows 6000lbs and this is under 3000. "You cant leave without it by law". I lost my effing mind because I was never told this and drove an hour and a half. I said eff this. Lets go. Wife calmed me down. We looked it over. Guy showed me everything functioned. I was told it would be detailed but it was half azzed washed. Ok. Whatever. I asked if they could do a brake control install quickly assuming it was hardwired and it was a hopeless ask. He went to check. Now Ken comes out and explains the new wireless system. $289. Problem solved. Brian finished our financial work and he was awesome. Went well. Ken checks us out and not only helps set it up but had to trouble shoot an issue and stayed a little late to get us going. He explained so much to us I did not know. He was amazing. Appreciate Josh, Brian, Ken, and the yard dude. The manager which I dont remember his name can pound sand. My experience was OK thankfully because of the others.
