They took me to Northern Tire, and very quickly approached me and asked me what I needed. I also badly needed new tires, so I took this opportunity to get a set from them. I have been shopping around for a while and when I asked about the tires I wanted, the prices were very comparable to that of Tirerack.com. They told me they would get all the studs and tires next morning and that it should be ready by noon that day. 11:00am rolled around, and they called me and told me my vehicle was ready. The repairs were done, and they balanced my wheels and mounted my new tires without a problem! No waiting, just came in, paid my very reasonable bill of the repairs and went off with my day (it would've only been a little bit cheaper if I bought the studs myself and did the repairs). Lifetime of tires gets free rotations. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend doing business with them!

The manager (Adam) was patiently answering questions for a person who needed service not preformed by Mr Tire. He continued to help answer questions knowing he wouldn't be preforming any service for the guy. When the guy left, I received a friendly greeting from Adam and inquired about getting my RAv4 serviced while in town. He asked if I could come back in an hour. I did. I received excellent service and it was timely and reasonably priced. Very happy with their service and will return.

I called around to several tire shops looking for tires for my car. Mr. Tire was the only place…read morethat had them in stock, so I chose them because I needed the issue fixed quickly since one of my tires was leaking air. After checking in, it took an extremely long time for my tires to be done. At one point, I saw the mechanic bring the manager over to look at my car. When I went to check out, the manager showed me my valve stem bent and broken and claimed it was already like that, saying they didn't even know how it had been holding air. That didn't make sense because the valve core was hanging out, and it looked like it had clearly been hit or damaged. The put some universal valve stem in it and said it should work but hey told me if i get a new one he will give me a small discount to replace it lol The next morning, the tire was completely flat. I called and they told me to bring it back in. While I was there, the manager asked if my driver's door had trouble closing that morning. I told him no, and that their mechanic had no issue when taking my car. He then said there was a large dent and the door was tweaked. When I asked what happened, they tried blaming me and then refused to explain what actually happened. I ended up with about $4,000 in damage to my car. After leaving again, the tire leaked down once more. I took the car to Walmart, and within two minutes they told me my rim was cracked. I'm not saying Mr. Tire cracked the rim, but how do you install new tires twice and not catch a badly cracked rim? The second time they had told me the bead wasn't seated correctly and that it was fixed. This means the tire was not properly checked either time. A basic soap test would have immediately shown there was a leak. In the end, I paid $1,400 for four new tires, still had the same issue I came in with, and ended up with thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicle. This place is dishonest, careless, and clearly does not properly check the work they do. I paid more here for the convenience of having tires in stock, but I will never return to Mr. Tire. So they will mess up your car then try and blame you for it all

Took my 4 yr old jeep in for an inspection and oil change. Received a call stating brakes would…read morepass but are low. I know they were not that bad but it's in the shop figured get it out of the way as we are towing a small trailer to fl in 3 days. He says an hour and a half. Pushing the end of the day I receive a call that all the brake lights are on the dash and pedal is hard to push. They need to take it to the dealer but they will not be able to get it in til 4pm the next day. I finally get a call around 530 stating brakes are good but there's an airbag light on from a corroded wire. As we are arguing because the light wasn't on when I gave it to you for 2 simple jobs, now it had to go to the dealership and I also have the new light! The gentleman states it did not go to the shop they called and got it reset. As I arrive to pick up the car and pay, the other mechanic at the counter states I drove it to the dealership and they thought it was odd. Hold up, who's lying about where my car has been and with whom. And to top it off I said can you show me where the corroded wire is so I can figure out how to fix. The one had stated he was the one doing the repairs yet now neither of them know where it is. How is this possible unless everyone is being completely dishonest about the situation. In a nutshell I gave this shop a perfectly fine running newer car and it was not returned in the same condition. I am now leaving for fl tomorrow and don't trust it so, have to take a loaner that is costing me more money. I will be looking into legal advice when we return from our trip. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!!!
