He got me in for the following Monday (today) and he came in right when he said he would (to my house which is so convenient!!), communicated perfectly with me & got it done in a reasonable amount of time!!! And it looks amazing!! Like a brand new car! And theres no gross smell or any residue in it anymore! The prices are so affordable, (especially for a 19 yr old who has no money like me lol) and I honestly had the BEST experience here and would not recommend anyone else!! Thank you, Nick!

I was extremely impressed to come back to very detail oriented cleaned vehicles at such a reasonable price. The inside was done so well, I was very impressed. She got all the specs of sand out and made the interior and exterior shine like new again. A week later and the rain still beads and rolls off the cars from her waxing; a true testament that she did it right! Also, they did a great job with the leather cleaning and conditioning. You can't go wrong with Hello Kittie's Wash and Detail. I will never use another drive through wash factory on island here again, she doesn't treat your car like a number... she treats it like she is cleaning her own. Fact.

I took my car in yesterday and this morning when I got in there was dust all over, stones all over, etc. I called and was told "Oh we don't DO detailing in the winter. You had a rust check". I explained my car is really only 3 years old and didn't need it and that was NOT what I asked for. The woman on the phone just said, "Oh we don't DO detailing in the winter!!!" I am SO UPSET!! When I received all my paperwork from the work done, my mileage documented is more than I even have on my car to date?? I felt like it was not an issue to get my car fixed in a timely manner. The best part is, we were told it would be a bit later before my car would be ready, due to the car being "detailed " because we waited so long for its return. The car smelled clean but the car looked basically untouched. You could see spray marks on the dashboard not even wiped and the floor pads were all mud. Ridiculous! The computer screen smeared. Very disappointing seeing I bought the car there in March.

This isnt a "waiting on parts" issue either as we know the parts were received because of the SAME text over and over saying Great news! We have received all the parts....for 3 weeks. Perhaps stop taking in so many vehicles at one time and you could exactly finish a job in a timely manner. A bit more transparency and honest vehicle updates would make this better as well. Receiving the same text messages over and over just make customers more upset knowing absolutely nothing has been done with the vehicle since the last 5 messages with the same update were sent. Perhaps actually calling your customers with regular updates would make your customers trust you more. Having a vehicle for going on two months for minor damage when parts were all received over 3 weeks ago is insane....especially considering the amount per hour you are charging for labor. And getting messages from your dealership while my vehicle is there asking me if I want to buy a new one is BEYOND LAUGHABLE. Your collision center and service center make me want to run far away from buying a vehicle from your company. Sure I am just one customer and you likely dont care if you lose out on one customer but I will be sure to share my experiences with everyone I know and on all platforms. No one should have to deal with this.
