The best part is, we were told it would be a bit later before my car would be ready, due to the car being "detailed " because we waited so long for its return. The car smelled clean but the car looked basically untouched. You could see spray marks on the dashboard not even wiped and the floor pads were all mud. Ridiculous! The computer screen smeared. He lives 15 miles away, takes him 40 minutes to "be right there"....2. It happen at night,around 8:30 pm, and he was in a bad mood. His first word :"Why the heck did you park your car like that ???" Nothing in the order of "I am sorry, or we will take care of this", nothing reassuring, or simply polite...3. I drive a manual transmission, he pushed in in gear without pushing the clutch... 4. He refuses to give me a ride home (my house is about 8 miles away from his business) after my emergency road service, (that I finally reached while waiting, ) said they had reached out to him and he had agreed to give me a ride. So I was stucked in the middle of nowhere at 8:30 pm and had to figure out how to get home... I dealt with the guy once before where he was called by the police after my car was hit by a drunk driver, and simply refuse to tow my car at 5 pm to my local (not even a mile down the road) car shop, because he knew that the insurance would pay for storing the car on his lot for the night ... He is the only towing company in the village, he knows it and milks it all he can...

My wife was nice enough to order me a spray on bed liner kit for my truck the other day…read more Unfortunately, I didn't have all the tools required to do the job myself so we called Body Pros to see if they could do it for us. The guy I spoke to on the phone told me to bring what I had in and to show/speak to the manager, because it would be ultimately up to him. When we arrived at the store no one there knew what I was talking about and the man I spoke to over the phone was nowhere to be seen. The 2 men behind the counter told me to have a seat in the waiting area and the manager would be back in a few minutes and I would have to ask him myself. So my wife and I waited for around 20 minutes for the manager to show up and when he came over, he introduced himself and seemed confused on exactly what I was trying to have done (so obviously no one told him). I explained for the 3rd time that I just needed them to do the labor. As soon as I got the words out he assured me that it wasn't a problem and they could do it the next day. I was happy to hear that but unsure as to why nobody else could have made that decision if it was as simple of a request as he was making it. They did an outstanding job and definitely made up for the run around it took to schedule the appointment. Overall, the work they put into the vehicles is exceptional but their customer service absolutely sucks.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. My insurance company listed this as a body shop…read moreapproved to fix my vehicle involved in a collision in January of 2017. The initial repair was good for about four months, then the bumper would separate from the body. I took it in twice before moving overseas and the technician just pushed it back in place. I should have known it wasn't fixed properly, just by the fact that the bumper should not be popping out of the clip so easily. Fast forward to 2020 when we are back in the U.S. and I ask my insurance company to allow me to take it to a local body shop here in VA to try and see what the issue is, because it's ridiculous to have the bumper nearly hanging off the back of the van. The local shop technician inspected behind the bumper and informs my insurance company that the original body shop never did the full repair. The insurance company was charged, but it was clear to the technician that the first body shop did not fix the damages. Thankfully we have an amazing insurance company and they covered the fix. Oh, and my insurance company removed this business as an approved vendor. That should tell you everything you need to know. Consider yourself warned.

Took it in March 29th for repair and just got it back today. I was told yesterday I could pick up yesterday before close or this morning. I picked it up at 12 with a call around 10am that it was finally "cleaned". The downfall wasn't the work/repair. It was the service desk. They upon my request had to recheck the balance I was paying because i wanted to verify the charge that was going to go through. They were very eager for me to swipe my card vs notice any balance I was going to pay out of pocket. Not because they wanted to double check, as they should have, but of the charges and fees my insurance was paying vs my deductible. Don't get overcharged out here as the economy is already plummeting!! The car detail/repair was good on the other hand.
