    The windshield "popped" out of the gasket on my Class A motorhome, so on Monday I took my class A…read moremotorhome to the Watertown shop so the technician could look at it and/or repair it. The "popping out"is a common occurrence on the large RV's and mine was popped about 8" in length on the top center. I wanted Glass Doctor to reset the glass in the gasket. The Website says "From the back window of a hatchback to an RV windshield, Glass Doctor can replace the windshield on any vehicle." The technician was very nice, looked it over and with a gasket tool was able to work it back in place but he said to do it right they would need to remove the glass, re-glue the gasket and then reinstall the glass. I told him that would be fine and asked when can he do it. He said we could go in and talk to the girl in the office as he would have to get another guy up here as it would be a two man job. We went in the office and he explained to her what needed to be done and she said we'll have to get someone up here from Syracuse to help and she would have to call down to Syracuse to get a price on the job from some lady that was The Boss, and than she would call me later that day to set up the appointment as she knew we are leaving in a few weeks on a 7 month trip. I heard nothing Tuesday or Wednesday. Now imagine my astonishment on mid day Thursday when I got a call from the girl in the office who told me they're sorry but the technician has now decided that he cannot do the job of just resetting the windshield glass. So now we are leaving in 3 weeks and this glass shop has wasted a week deciding yay or nay. Initially they were ready to "replace" the windshield, but now are not able to simply reset it!! Not impressed with Glass Doctor at all

    My car was being repaired for 39 days. I understand there are order delays but I received nothing…read moreon the app that's supposed to keep me updated. When I received all my paperwork from the work done, my mileage documented is more than I even have on my car to date?? I felt like it was not an issue to get my car fixed in a timely manner. The best part is, we were told it would be a bit later before my car would be ready, due to the car being "detailed " because we waited so long for its return. The car smelled clean but the car looked basically untouched. You could see spray marks on the dashboard not even wiped and the floor pads were all mud. Ridiculous! The computer screen smeared. Very disappointing seeing I bought the car there in March.

    Second time dealing with the Davidson companies and would never recommend them to anyone. They take…read moreforever, constantly give excuses why their services take so long. This isnt a "waiting on parts" issue either as we know the parts were received because of the SAME text over and over saying Great news! We have received all the parts....for 3 weeks. Perhaps stop taking in so many vehicles at one time and you could exactly finish a job in a timely manner. A bit more transparency and honest vehicle updates would make this better as well. Receiving the same text messages over and over just make customers more upset knowing absolutely nothing has been done with the vehicle since the last 5 messages with the same update were sent. Perhaps actually calling your customers with regular updates would make your customers trust you more. Having a vehicle for going on two months for minor damage when parts were all received over 3 weeks ago is insane....especially considering the amount per hour you are charging for labor. And getting messages from your dealership while my vehicle is there asking me if I want to buy a new one is BEYOND LAUGHABLE. Your collision center and service center make me want to run far away from buying a vehicle from your company. Sure I am just one customer and you likely dont care if you lose out on one customer but I will be sure to share my experiences with everyone I know and on all platforms. No one should have to deal with this.
