I feel compelled to write to you to tell you how very impressed and pleased I was with the effort and the care that you and your employee, Ronnie, put into the work performed on my vehicle that day. It seemed to me that your employee, Ronnie, took his time and paid close attention to every detail as it related to the work performed on my vehicle (Preparation and application of rust prevention/undercoat spray). I was also impressed with the fact that he replaced the complete rear window tint film due to a bubble supposedly caused by a tiny hair - of all things! Also, at one point that morning you loaned me your personal vehicle so that I can run a short errand while waiting for my own car. And, in addition to this, you offered me a can of rust protectant spray at no charge! You also have another employee who does undercoating (Sorry, I don't remember his name. Mark, I think?)
