Was told "Sorry, we're at 140% of capacity. We won't even start your car for two weeks." Was told that they're now making appointments for 6 weeks out. Got a pathetic, half-hearted "Sorry for wasting your time." As I walked out. I understand they may be over booked. I understand they may not know how to accommodate scheduled body work. They didn't realize this yesterday? Or a week ago? Wait for me to accommodate their drop off time, let me show up and then get told they have other, more important customers.
