If you're a service member or dependent take your vehicle here, don't deal with the mom and pop places off post as they'll take you for a dollar or two.

Associate at desk said in a direct tone I didn't have an appointment. I had the appointment printout with a confirmation number. His reply was that happens all the time. They don't always get the information in their system when making an appointment online and it's a corporate issue. He went on to state we couldn't take you in anyway as our alignment machine has been down and they don't know when it will be operational again. Well if they don't know who does? Out the door I go accomplishing nothing. Would not matter anyway as I will never do business with any Goodyear Store again and encourage others that if they do then make their appointment do it directly with their local store and not the Goodyear Website which has flaws.

They have absolutely ruined my car. I first took my car to…read moreget it looked at because I had just bought it from a private dealer and wanted to make sure everything was good. Midas gave me a whole list of things that needed to be fixed which was a total of $2k in repairs. I believed them even tho the car was showing no signs of having problems. I took my car in a second time to have the brakes changed since they said they needed to be replaced which was a cost of $540, when I got my car back I started noticing a weird sound coming from my tires. I then brought my car in again to get the thermostat and cam shaft sensors fixed since they said it needed fixing, I told them about the sound I had been hearing in my tires ever since they changed my brakes and they said they will take a look at it. I took the car in at 1130 and waited all day, it wasn't until 5pm when I went back and asked for an update and they then told me that they broke something in the car so the car had to stay overnight because it was going to take a while to get the piece they got stuck in there out. They gave me a loan car at no cost and was told I can pick my car up the next day. The next day I went and paid $909 for those repairs, they told me nothing was wrong with the brakes so I took my car home but I noticed the sound on the tires got way worse. When I turned on my car the next time after taking it home, my car was having trouble turning on. I took the car back to Midas to get it looked at because that sound in the tired was horrible and my car kept sputtering trying to turn on. They told me they took the car apart and nothing was wrong with the brakes again but that they found a new issue with the car that was going to be a $1k repair. The day after they checked the car, I am driving down the freeway and my car starts beeping and a light turned on in the dash so I immediately pulled over and noticed smoke coming out of the front of my car. We were ready to get the car towed when luckily a police officer pulled behind us and took a look at the car and noticed the tube that connects the coolant to the engine was not plugged in which caused all of my coolant to leak out. My car was not perfect when I took it to Midas but ever since they touched my car, my car has been worse off. I genuinely feel like they have been ripping me and my husband off, and rather than fixing things they told me was wrong, they have broken my car.

My mother said she didn't believe the person, took it elsewhere, and the vehicle and inspection went just fine.

I called around to several tire shops looking for tires for my car. Mr. Tire was the only place…read morethat had them in stock, so I chose them because I needed the issue fixed quickly since one of my tires was leaking air. After checking in, it took an extremely long time for my tires to be done. At one point, I saw the mechanic bring the manager over to look at my car. When I went to check out, the manager showed me my valve stem bent and broken and claimed it was already like that, saying they didn't even know how it had been holding air. That didn't make sense because the valve core was hanging out, and it looked like it had clearly been hit or damaged. The put some universal valve stem in it and said it should work but hey told me if i get a new one he will give me a small discount to replace it lol The next morning, the tire was completely flat. I called and they told me to bring it back in. While I was there, the manager asked if my driver's door had trouble closing that morning. I told him no, and that their mechanic had no issue when taking my car. He then said there was a large dent and the door was tweaked. When I asked what happened, they tried blaming me and then refused to explain what actually happened. I ended up with about $4,000 in damage to my car. After leaving again, the tire leaked down once more. I took the car to Walmart, and within two minutes they told me my rim was cracked. I'm not saying Mr. Tire cracked the rim, but how do you install new tires twice and not catch a badly cracked rim? The second time they had told me the bead wasn't seated correctly and that it was fixed. This means the tire was not properly checked either time. A basic soap test would have immediately shown there was a leak. In the end, I paid $1,400 for four new tires, still had the same issue I came in with, and ended up with thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicle. This place is dishonest, careless, and clearly does not properly check the work they do. I paid more here for the convenience of having tires in stock, but I will never return to Mr. Tire. So they will mess up your car then try and blame you for it all

I…read moresaw some bad reviews here and was weary to get an oil change and inspection on my Wife's RAV4 because of them. But I was in Watertown for other apts and decided to drop in. The manager (Adam) was patiently answering questions for a person who needed service not preformed by Mr Tire. He continued to help answer questions knowing he wouldn't be preforming any service for the guy. When the guy left, I received a friendly greeting from Adam and inquired about getting my RAv4 serviced while in town. He asked if I could come back in an hour. I did. I received excellent service and it was timely and reasonably priced. Very happy with their service and will return.
