I recommend Premium Transportation Services for Limo Service…read more My trip was a bit more complicated and rather than depend on an ad hoc service, I made arrangements with Premium. I arrived on an Amtrak train mid-day and needed to go to the airport (Lambert St. Louis Airport) to meet a relative. The driver advised me exactly what door to tell her to be at for our pickup. She was there and we were able to continue on our way to the final destination. I am familiar with the St. Louis area and have driven the route many times, but I left everything to the driver and he took exactly the right route - most direct and quickest - which impressed me greatly. He was safe and courteous. Even before my train arrived, I received a call from the service wile on the train advising me of the driver information which was excellent. The driver met me at the train station, picked up the relative with me, and delivered us safely to our destination. I was very please with the service. I recommend Premium and would use them again. Highly recommended.

We waited a generous 15 minutes before racing to the airport in a panic. We called 10 times and got no answer. I understand it was very early but if you have a pick up scheduled there should be some way to communicate with an absent driver. Finally got a call at 4:55 from the driver. He asked us where we were like nothing was wrong. When we expressed that he was 25 minutes late he hung up on us. It's no wonder robot driven cars are taking over this industry.
