I contacted Marco at MJ'S Window. They installed 2 sliding…read moreglass doors and 3 windows for me in 2018. So in 2026 I called Marco again for a bedroom window and a patio sliding glass door in an almond color to satisfy my HOA. Marco made an appointment to come out for a measurement I gave him a check for a deposit and 3 weeks later he had my windows. Marco and his team came out on 3/18/2026 and installed the door and window they did an excellent job. I waited for a few weeks before leaving a review, it had rained for a few days a 2 weeks ago so far so good and No leaks. And Marco also cleaned out the track for the bedroom sliding glass door we had installed in 2018. I highly recommend MJ'S Window, Screen in Alhambra, CA

So far we have been very pleased with our frameless shower door installation, and happy that they…read morewere able to order us a custom shower door with exactly the fixtures we wanted and the color matched nicely with our ask. We stopped by the store in San Gabriel, which they have their own parking lot. No samples but if you give them an idea of what you want, they will match as best they can. This includes my ask for a horizontal bar handle, allowing me to hang a towel on one side of the door. The ordering was pretty quick and Tom speaks English. They sent someone out to our house to confirm sizing and drew accurate measurements. Due to the flu, the shower door installation was a bit delayed but they were able to schedule a crew out after I followed up. The crew took 3 hours for installing but we are pleased with the work. Time will tell but it looks great! Reasonable pricing for what you get.

I'm sure the can't be this prompt for everyone and I "just got lucky" but their glass man was at our place less than an hour after my first call. He measured and called me back to quote a price within another hour and was back at our place exactly on time the next AM, first thing. We had a small job, most shops are not terribly interested in these, for obvious reason which I understand, but Rose City quite literally replaced our little busted kitchen window in less than 24 hours and they were just fantastic to work with while they did it. Cannot recommend highly enough. Locally owned and in business for decades for reasons which were clear as day upon first working with them. A++

Tried to get an understanding of timelines for an onsite consultation and timetables for building a door as we rebuild our home after it burned down in the Altadena fires. I reiterated our situation and time sensitivity trying to get any sense of timelines as this glass door is necessary to pass final inspection. He did not care, started yelling and escalating. 100% would never recommend these guys.
