C & S had it down in short order, without any problems, into a neat and tidy pile. Also, removed a few Elm "Widowmakers" in my backyard about 40ft high with their "Spiderlift" bucket. Work was barely started, only a few hours one day, never came back and completed the work. Our yard was left a mess with damages to our property. He asked for more money weeks later, then ghosted me. I pleaded for over a week, nearly daily, for communication on when he would return. I didn't get a single response back after I was being kind and understanding for nearly a month. Over 5k later, I was ignored, and blocked and left with a mess and damaged property.
