Steven the owner of S and S Property Maintenance and his crew did a good job of felling a maple…read moretree in my backyard that I was concerned about. Which they did while it was raining which was pretty impressive. Just as impressive as taking my rake, using said rake, not returning the rake, having it on camera, and two weeks out trying to get said rake back or just financial compensation for it with no results to show. Actions tend to speak louder than words or text messages from Matthew in this case. They also left some pretty deep ruts in my yard from the skid steer loader they were using and communication between Grabill and his crew is lacking. They started cutting up the main trunk when it was not needed as I was going to cut and haul the wood away for my Grandparents since they use it for firewood for the winter and made splitting that wood a bigger hassle. I have no issues with contractors using the tools I leave out, but not returning it is very un-professional and two weeks out of not returning it or financially compensating me for it tells me they have no respect for your property or items on your property. So I guess make sure you have everything put up and double, triple-check your property before you pay them. Maybe then you will have a chance of getting it back. EDIT: So not only did you ghost me for overall for a month about the rake and not return it, you also broke the rake and did not inform me at all. Only reason you contacted me and broke the silence was because you were upset about the one star review while preceding to call me low and getting upset I did not take the other option of just paying for it when you offered two options??? Then the day you tried contacting me I was booked through and through with work and left me a nice message the next morning cause you could not even wait a day when you essentially made me wait a month, and I was going to take you up on it till you decided to pull that move. Makes you wonder what he sent to the other one star reviews and they did not bother to let others knows. There is numerous other options in the area, do not make the same mistake I did.

I have 3 large maple trees in my backyard. Accessibility for the one was extremely difficult…read moreinvolving electric and communication lines and very close to my house and a privacy fence. I called Duke and Spectrum about temporarily taking the lines down but they refused to assist. Zach felt his climber (Steve) could work with the situation and he was absolutely correct. It wasn't exactly easy and it took 2 days but the team systematically cut down the 110ft tree to a stump without a single issue. No damage to anything. They then trimmed the other 2 large maple trees and because of carpenter ants, treated the ground area for those trees. Zach and team cut up and stacked the wood so I can distribute it to friends of mine. He hauled away the large pieces of wood. Yard clean up was immaculate. Everyone was polite. I have already given Zach's info to my Mom and her neighbor.
