Cleaned up all the detritus, swept up the driveway and the business parking lot, left us some burning timber for the fireplace and a huge pile of ground up stump at our request. We have always been satisfied and amazed at the ability of the C&S crews to get thru the day with minimal interference in our lives and no damage to themselves or any adjacent property. They advertise as a fully insured and bonded company, but later demand additional cash payment, purportedly to cover their liability insurance. They damaged my property with no attempt to repair, and did not perform the work as stated per contract. In fact, after repeatedly demanding (and receiving) additional payments to complete the project, they abruptly left without finishing the contracted services already paid in full. To make matters worse, they do not respond to phone calls to their home office (513-259-0758). Dyer's Tree Service has received an "F" rating by the BBB of Dayton, OH secondary to multiple unresolved complaints, failure to provide services and product specified in the contract, and difficulty contacting the company for resolution of contract obligations.
