He told me before he left that I get a lifetime warranty for his work and to call him if something is wrong, well I tried to call him several times, 1st time he said he was busy and he will call me back, 2nd time he didn't answer so I left a message for him to call me back, he never did. 3rd and 4th calls my call went straight to voicemail, like he blocked my number. Don't trust this man he doesn't do what he says. Buyer beware.

Run fast and run far. It says something that every contractor that I've dealt with in the last 6…read moremonths has literally nothing positive to say about the way that Erie runs their business. As a new customer a few years back, we were treated like gold. Fast forward to April 2025 when a large tree fell on our house after a storm and it was nothing but an ongoing fight to get this company to help. First, my point of contact quit shortly after the incident and it took me almost two weeks to figure out who to talk to. The people in the office are useless, as I was told at one point that "it's not so and so's job". Since there was water coming into my bedroom through the ceiling fan, I was able to get a human to tarp my roof. After that, it took me 3 MONTHS of nagging, calling, begging, pleading, etc. for them to follow through. Mind you, there was a hole in my roof and BLACK MOLD growing in my ceiling. The communication was horrible and inconsistent and excuses never ending (I had to do inventory, oh we can't do that, I have to see, etc.). The consumer is screwed with this company, as your warranty will be void if you let anyone else touch it. Their priority is new projects and making that money. Don't count on them to treat an actual emergent situation as a priority because there's no money in that. RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!!!

Coming from the South Hills, it was a little hike (hike as in 25 minutes) to get to this location. When I arrived, the same man gave me a quote that was a little higher once he saw the mirror in person. He agreed to go down in price, based off of our initial phone conversation, which I thought was pretty awesome (only a few bucks, but still!) They repaired the mirror in no time. I received a text to come pick up the mirror, and when I did, I was extremely pleased with how it turned out! It looked original, like nothing had happened! Very thankful I found this place, hoping I don't have to use them in the future for mirror repairs! They do have beautiful shower doors, etc. They are much more than just a mirror replacement business, that's just what I used them for. Family owned, support local business! They were the only service I reached out to who asked for specific details about the jobs before providing a quote, which is a great way to do business. They also provided a real time of expected arrival instead of something like a four-hour window taking up your entire day. They arrived a little before the time quoted with two people - one the main handyman and one being trained. They did a prompt and excellent job and the cost was very fair. I almost don't want to tell everyone how good they are because then they'll become too busy, ha! They truly deserve your business.

Even when he ended up realizing that there would need to be additional work to be done that would come at an additional cost to me, he made sure to talk me through my options, he made recommendations, and never forced me into anything. Instead, he worked with me to find solutions that would result in a safe, quality deck and also at a cost that I could manage.
