I know this Yelp post is for Erie Construction in PA and I am in West Springfield, Massachusetts, where the CT Erie Construction office covers, but I'm presuming with this being a huge nationwide company their sales practices are pretty standard. Erie had door to door neighborhood canvassers. Agreed to do a roofing estimate. Scheduled for following day. Reps were low pressure, thorough and informative. Fiberglass shingle roofing system for a 1965 cape. Take off the old roof down to the wood. They use IKO Dynasty HD fiberglass shingles supposedly made to Erie's specs and covered under Erie's own guarantee. Unfortunately their estimate was sky-high. They did two counter-offers, for three offers total. They were still the highest by several thousand dollars I've received out of many comparable estimates by other local contractors. Matter of economics. I can't pay what they quoted and I was quite blunt about that. They did not win my project. April 26, 2018 Erie called me asking to set up an in person appointment with the regional manager so he can meet with me and give me a better price. I said the reps that met with me earlier this week had the opportunity to give me a better price but they couldn't, so why spend more of my time meeting with a manager? I feel like I'm getting yanked around by a big home improvement company that can't make up its mind what to do with me. Plus the reps should have given the home-office my project's specs and if the regional manager wants to counter offer, they can e-mail me a new quote. I don't see any reason to have to meet again with no guarantee being able to settle on a price I can afford. Their quote started at $17,520 and we parted ways at $15,279. At $15,279, they are the most expensive I've received from local contractors....a low of around $8,000 and now the high of $15,279. Of course I got the typical sales pitch that if I go with another company I may encounter all sorts of problems and an inferior product. I was told they don't do e-mail quotes, only in person and they like in person so they can discuss financing and answer project questions. I said I know my project quite well and have no questions and if he wants to stop by and take a look on his own, go for it, but I see no reason for another in-person visit just to get a lower price, they can leave it in my mailbox or e-mail me. I was told it doesn't happen like that. Okay, strike 2 for Erie. We're not meeting and my hunt for a roofing contractor continues. read more

Run fast and run far. It says something that every contractor that I've dealt with in the last 6 months has literally nothing positive to say about the way that Erie runs their business. As a new customer a few years back, we were treated like gold. Fast forward to April 2025 when a large tree fell on our house after a storm and it was nothing but an ongoing fight to get this company to help. First, my point of contact quit shortly after the incident and it took me almost two weeks to figure out who to talk to. The people in the office are useless, as I was told at one point that "it's not so and so's job". Since there was water coming into my bedroom through the ceiling fan, I was able to get a human to tarp my roof. After that, it took me 3 MONTHS of nagging, calling, begging, pleading, etc. for them to follow through. Mind you, there was a hole in my roof and BLACK MOLD growing in my ceiling. The communication was horrible and inconsistent and excuses never ending (I had to do inventory, oh we can't do that, I have to see, etc.). The consumer is screwed with this company, as your warranty will be void if you let anyone else touch it. Their priority is new projects and making that money. Don't count on them to treat an actual emergent situation as a priority because there's no money in that. RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!!! read more

They are scammers who prey on old people. Came in with a hard sell estimate of almost double what other accredited and fair companies charge. The double estimate was even after they said they were applying 'generous, discounts that were going to expire if he (93year-old)didn't sign right away'. Beware! read more

Im just going to paste my email to customer service that I'm sure I won't get a response to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I would just like to start by saying that your company and its values are extremely vile. I can accept and admit that I made a mistake letting Erie work on our home. At the end of the day my disappointment is not for the hired contractors or salesperson. It is your corporate greed that has completely blinded you all of being decent human beings. We have been ghosted by all employees after signing the last of the paperwork and reaching out with several concerns. Your customer service was just short of verbal abuse and I am disgusted that we were swindled in such a dire time for a new roof just 3 days before Christmas. So, thank you, Erie Homes, for not communicating, not inspecting our roof after completion, having your roofers work in the dark, and blatantly lying to customers. I will make sure everyone in the area knows that your company is absolutely awful. It seems that most of your reviews state the same and you all don't mind the negative feedback as long as the money is in your pocket. *sorry the pictures aren't in order. After a 2 hour drawn out high pressure sales pitch I finally told the guy I'm done after he asked me how important peace of mind was to me, before I could answer he says "It seems like you don't give a damn about it" That was the straw that broke the camels back. Erie if you read this my appt. was 6pm in Southaven Ms. so you know who he is. I have no doubt the quality of their product is excellent however when I finally got a price of 40K on a 1300sq. home and balked he started with the financing pitch. I could quote several of his statements that I found insulting, but why bother I am done with Erie. reading other reviews here this high pressure drawn out hours long presentation to get a price quote is the statues quo for them. read more

We were attempting to get bids on a new roof when we foolishly allowed two sales people from Erie Home (headquartered in Toledo, not Erie) into our house. They set up a dinnertime appointment, which seemed odd and should've been a red flag. They showed promptly at 6pm and started their spiel. After about an hour I asked them to cut to the chase and just give us a ballpark figure on the new roof. The woman in the sales team said, "He is trying to educate you on roofs and shingles, give you knowledge." I replied that I didn't need or want a history lesson on shingles dating back to pre-Roman England. I finally did get them to give us an estimate after over 1.5 hrs of them talking at us. Their estimate was 40% higher than any other estimate that we'd gotten from anyone else. I laughed, and then the man sales person said, "this is just the beginning, we can negotiate that number down." I told them, "It's been a long day, and no, I'm not going to negotiate the price of my roof with you. You don't haggle over a roof like it's a used car." Steer clear of these people. I have no idea if the product is any good, but their hard sell tactics don't bring confidence. read more

Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam. they came out, wasted 2 hours of my time time to give me some crap sales pitch, only to come up with a 13 square roof price of $28,000. I laughed. I told the sales rep I had replaced a few roofs before, just didn't want to do this one as I am busy, and the height is 3 stories. We agreed that material for this job was going to cost around $3500-$4000, and that a crew of guys would be in and out of this job in a half a day. So where in the universe does a half days work for a crew cost $24000. Do not let these people on you property to waste your time. Total sleazy scam preying on people that 1. Have no idea what goes into replacing a roof. 2. Are elderly 3. Are weak and say yes at the end where they pressure you to sign immediately at the end. read more

Met with the salesperson from Erie Construction. He seems like a nice-enough guy but couldn't stop with the sales-BS: "We'll cut a larger roof vent which will lower your heat and cooling costs by 20%!', "Erie Construction owns 1/3 of an imaging satellite so we don't need to get on your roof to measure.", etc. After a bit of time wresting with their "imaging satellite" he delivered the news: $40K for their asphalt shingles (yes, Erie, they are asphalt in the same way that all shingles that are some material, such as fiberglass, soaked in asphalt are asphalt shingles) and $70K for a metal roof. My roof is 32 squares. For comparison, a well-respected roofing firm in the area quoted $36k for GAF premium shingles, downspouts, gutters, and and soffit/fascia repair and $26K for their HDZ mainline shingles. Erie was at $40k for just shingles. I asked why there was such a huge different is price and was given a line about how much better their shingles are better then GAF's premium shingle. He then made a call and said that, if we would accept installment with a 72 hour notice, he'd drop $3k off the price and that he would call his manager to get an even better price but I'd have to sign today and would have to agree to leave a good review on Google (now you know why their Google reviews are a combination of 5 stars and 1 stars). I declined. A couple of days later a rep. called me and, when I asked about the huge difference in price, she asked "Would you rather have a Bugatti or a Kia on your roof." Quite honestly, in the rain, gimme a Kia any day of the week. BS marketing, high-pressure sales, uncompetitive price. I'll pass. read more

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. This "company" has the worst sales reps in the entire world and absolutely does not understand how to give customers a quote. I got ambushed by an inexperienced but nice initial agent who roped me into getting a free quote for roofing. A sales rep came the first day to take pictures of our roof from many different angles. I thought this was promising as perhaps I could get a very detailed quote from all this information collected. Well, a real sales rep came and demanded both my husband's and my attention for this 112-page canned presentation on his tablet to which I promptly asked "can you just give us the quote and cost sheet details?" We are working people with a toddler and demanding an hour of our time with nothing to show for it is unacceptable. The sales rep was rude, judgmental, snarky, evasive, long-winded and truly everything you abhor in a someone trying to convince you of something. How can I even THINK to do business with someone like this? He had the gall to ask "so did you look up our company's history and website like I told you to from yesterday?" So let me get this straight--why would I need you to come in person to tell me about your company if I had looked up everything already? Turns out, the joke's on me because had I brought up their Yelp reviews, I would have never agreed to these pesky meetings! With much asking, prodding and at last, exasperated begging of what the freaking quote would be, the rep rolled his eyes like he wasn't expecting to give us this and spouted off some random number. He brought 3 portfolios and a tablet with him but gave us literally nothing to refer to. This number he came up with--$43,000 is atrocious and completely random to me if you can't tell me what it covers. He looked at me like I was crazy when I asked him to explain this number. He even said it was ludicrous to include their gas expenses and meals and electricity costs...I was like...WTF, it's like you've never done this before in your life... The worst part was the scheduler lady calling us yet again after this fiasco and telling a second sales rep to come give us a lower quote. For reasons I cannot fathom, my husband agreed to this and of course, this second guy couldn't just give us a quote either. But we knew better this time and wouldn't let him in our house and just told him to leave if he didn't have real information for us. People around this area need to be aware of this time wasting, unprofessional company. Ridiculous. read more

* If you're looking for a company that will not show up to a scheduled appointment; or will not show up till after the appointment. Erie is for you. * If you're looking for a company that will get to know your financial stability; before your roofing needs . Erie is for you. * If you're looking for a company that will take all day to give you a quote based on if they like you as a person. Erie is for you. * If you're looking for a company that makes up the price without a price sheet. Erie is for you. On a more serious note: I recently put in a request to receive a quote from Erie's roofing department, however, was very unhappy that I sat through a two-hour presentation as if I was in training for a job with the company. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products being sold, however, played a game of let's make a deal. First, he quoted me 16+ thousand dollars with an $800.00 a month price tag. I just laughed.... please don't let this company pressure you into just their quote. You should always get three. Nothing is free. But understanding you're exact needs will give you a complete understanding of the needs of your home. To Erie, Shorten the present and teach anger management to your reps. As consumers, we must use our best judgment. Sometimes the selection of a company is about attitude and behavior at the time of sale. read more

While I can't talk about the product or the installation crews, I have first hand experience in the integrity of the sales manager of the Pittsburgh office, named Mark. My fiance' was searching for a job, being a female did not deter her from applying to what is probably viewed as a male dominated field in regards to roofing sales. She has been in sales for quite some time and I have personally witnessed just how great she is at all aspects. Listening to clients, helping them make informed decisions, forging relationships. I have seen her transition from traditional real estate sales to a more non traditional real estate sales agent position and consistently be mentioned for her accomplishments in the weekly sales meetings. After applying for Erie Home in Pittsburgh, she was contacted by a recruiter and then asked to take an assessment. She was told she aced the assessment, sat through 2 interviews with Mark and during the second interview Mark shook her hand, looked her in the eye, gave her a targeted start date around the end of May and told her welcome to the Erie Home family. She was told she would be getting an email in regards to on-boarding shortly. Immediately after that second interview, she and I started looking into relocating so she could be closer then an hour from the office, until then she was committed to making the drive daily. However, the on-boarding email never come. My fiance' actually reached out to Mark about a week after her second interview to ask him if she somehow missed the email and he told her that he was having second thoughts due to her being a licensed realtor and his instincts were telling him that the transition would be too hard for her to make successfully. He told her he wanted to think on it and call her in a couple of days... Today she was told by him that he was rescinding the job offer due to his concerns. The phone was on speaker as Mark was walking back his job offer and trying to somehow give a justifiable reason as to why he was now changing his mind on the hire. I honestly don't know how, as a manager, you can look someone in the eye, shake their hand and tell them that they are hired only to change your mind later. And do so by no fault of the person being hired. In my opinion, this speaks volumes of the integrity that the sales manager has and in my nearly 27 years of management experience, I have witnessed that the actions of the manager will usually be closely mimicked by the employees under him or her. read more

After noticing some damage to my roof I had Erie construction inspect it. Chad did a very thorough job inspection and took a lot of pictures so he could explain what he found. Turns out there were more problems with it than I knew and with hurricane season coming decided it was better to do it now. We set up a tentative time of three weeks, and they called in about 2 1/2 weeks to firm up a date. They showed up on time and had it done in a day, with a little more clean up the next morning. The job turned out very nicely done as was the clean up. Had a few minor issues, but they worked with me to get them resolved. I would recommend having all the details in writing so there is no misunderstandings. My roof looks amazing and the Erie employees couldn't have been more polite. I will definitely recommend them. read more

The product looks quality, but for a shingled roof the price is $45,000. For a metal roof it was $70,000+ My home is 1,797sqft with a detached 700sqft garage. CRAZY. I got a local guy to do it for $7,000 along with my garage. Erie mentions "you have to replace a local contractors roof every 5-7 years" well.. for $45,000 I can do that 6 times. I am also providing a review based on their salesmanship, not based on their work because i will never let them work on my home. A rep came to my house last week for an estimate and like other unhappy consumers who posted here, I was NOT prepared for the 2+ hour sales pitch on a Friday evening!! The rep played games with us too. By the time we were told the astronomical price, and declined, we were then asked to keep an open mind because the next price they were going to provide would mean we would need to sign paperwork then and there. We let him continue for kicks. After he fiddled with his magical calculator, $2k disappeared from the original quote of $16k (for 30 year shingles-NOT metal roofing). We still declined and told him we had no intentions of making a decision that day -- they were our first quote. He became agitated and had the nerve to ask us who would be paying for the roof. I couldn't hide my offense - I said "excuse me? I don't understand what you mean." I knew what he meant, but was appalled he'd have the audacity to ask that. He left soon after. They will never get my business. read more

Do NOT trust this company! Cleanup was absolutely terrible, they damaged our gutters, ripped off our gutter helmets which were extremely expensive and then denied it. Oh by the way: (your warranty will not cover this sort of thing even if they caused it). They subcontracted out the work and lied to us by saying they had their "own" guys to do the job... In addition, they backdated contracts to force us to go through with the roof which is in no way, shape, or form is good business! Even if you try and make it right after someone calls to express they are upset, it should have never happened, period. Lastly, someone called after our roof was installed to give us a survey and when I expressed all the things that went wrong with them she said that "corporate" would call us, and they never did. To give them a chance to make things right, I've reached out several times BEFORE writing this review. This is now almost 3 weeks out of at least one phone call or more a week not to mention emails and we STILL have not heard a single word from this company. All in all, our experience was VERY bad and VERY stressful. It also doesn't help that we paid DOUBLE for our roof just because we hired this company. We spent almost $25,000 on our roof, and we can't even get a call back to address the things that they broke and/or didn't clean up. So we are having to spend even more money to fix the damage on our own that they caused not only to our home, but to our yard from materials they never picked up, and killing nearly all of our grass. Oh and the shingles they used on our home can be bought from another company. In fact, we later found out that right down the street from our home another roofer was selling the same shingles for less than half of what Erie was charging. Hire someone else who cares about their customers. You will regret trusting this company. read more

Erie is new in Texas. I spent a lot of time with very knowledgeable, polite, likeable salesperson and ended up with a $33,000+ quote for a simple roof on a 2400 square foot home after a big discount for same-day signing. I really liked his products--the fiberglass shingles and the impact and fire rating information. I very often spend more for a product that will last longer and require less maintenance. But I don't urgently need a roof right now and I just can't justify the cost. I don't think it will make a difference in the market value of the house, and I'm not sure it will make much difference in the insurance premium. But even if it did, it would take years to recover the difference in cost over ordinary asphalt shingles. Since I don't urgently need to replace my roof right now, I'm going to have to pass. But if I had a home I intended to live in for another 30 or 40 years, I might consider it. I just doubt that they are going to be able to keep their promises about the kind of crew that will do the installation here in Texas. Roofing is a tough job, and when you add the Texas heat, I think they will have a very hard time hiring and keeping the kind of installers the salesman promised. I've seen this happen to other companies that come from the northeast, so I'm speaking from experience. After reading the Yelp reviews from the northeast, I'm really skeptical. read more

Worked here 2 months. It's a scam and they teach you high pressure sales lies. If someone can't and and doesn't wanna pay for something way over priced we are held accountable. If list price is 38k plus and they can knock off money from discounts and discounts they say we can make up whatever we want as it's believable and then our Commission On top of it you all Need to stop and think what is the shit really worth. They say 30 and 50 year warranty but never shows it or give us it so we are telling people it's 30 and 50 nuts to bolts when it's really not cause one of the other sale dudes showed it to me who was here a while. They say if it's duo income both need to be present and that it's federal law but I never seen that to be true when I looked it up. They only say it cause they want to make the sale in home. Also I ripped open a piece of the fiber shingle they say last up to 50 years and more or less the same as the GAF asphalt shingle they make is bash. They say we can make it affordable but when it's 2.5 times the amount of a normal roof and lots just can't take on a 200 plus payment 15 years when on a set income or going to be retired Highly delusional these people are. i'm sorry but I got a conscience and I'm not gonna lie to somebody just to make a sale we all have grandmothers sisters etc. so why would you take a vantage of somebody and lie when you wouldn't appreciate if somebody did it to your family. Spread the news as it's all a scam. I worked there and the turn around rate for sales is massive as most don't last long. Drive all over 14 hour days and no Compensation for fuel or mileage read more

If I could rate lower I would. My review is ONLY based on the sales aspect NOT the actual work they offer. With that said NO WAY would I ever let this company perform work on my home! I saw an advertisement on Instagram. I decided to give them a call to see what "Erie Metal Roofing" was all about. My roof is ready to be replaced and therefore I'm certainly in the market for a new roof and I'm very interested in a metal roof! I was stood up three times by the sales department. We agreed to a certain time of the day, and I made sure I was home. Three times they were a no call no show! They kept calling me back so I told them I'm home everyday at this hour go ahead and send who ever. The kids representative on the phone promised me a free attic fan with zero I HAD HIM REPEAT ZERO obligation and a $25.00 gift card for the inconvenience. The "manager" came my house 1 hour earlier than agreed on. Which was fine. Let's cut to the point.... I live in a single story home. The roof is VERY easily accessible. It is what I will describe as a very Simple design or architecture. So the easiest of labor aside from a shed. I should save money here I thought. Well the quote was for over $50,000. For a "metal roofing system". This is not even including tearing off and disposing of the old roof. That was to remain intact! So if you're in the market to probably spend 3-4 times what it should cost for a roof. If you're looking for completely unreliable sales (which probably compliments the sub contractors they use) if you want to spend the next 10 years financing a roof. Then Erie Metal Roof is for you. I on the other hand will be hiring someone who shows up on time and provides me with a reasonable prices! read more

I am warning everyone I know about Erie Construction, also doing business as "Erie Metal Roofs." We spent more than an hour with one of their salesmen trying to get a quote. I had my laptop open in front of me and was checking his responses. He told one lie after another. His first estimate was nearly $40,000 for a roof that should cost less than $10,000 --- but we don't know what the real price was going to be, because he wouldn't put anything in writing. When we refused to sign a contract immediately, he got up and walked out without even saying goodbye. Then his manager called two days later to say we had misunderstood, and wanting to come back out for another appointment. Uh --- no. Their materials are not "the best in the industry" (they're good, not great) and they are marking them up 500 percent. read more

The sales team was amazing and have continued being helpful but the person in charge or getting the roof done is horrible. We had to call about 4 times to schedule installation. Another 3 when they didn't show up on that date. When they finished we called the next day due to out back porch have a completely diffrent colored roof then the rest of the house. We still have the wrong colored roof after almost a month and at least a dozen phone calls. They didn't belive us, came out saw it was wrong and still haven't heard anything. Called 3 times and left messages and nothing back. Contacted the sales agent and he's working with us to try and get the roofer to call us back. On top of that we were told we would get the gutters and downspouts put on the Monday after the roof instal. No one showed. Then when we got a call back finally they said they were thinking 2 weeks out and will call us to schedule. Still not eta on them. We paid $23,000 and none of this has gone the way the sales agent said it would. Had it gone according to plan I would love this company. The roof thats the correct color is perfect and it only took a day and a half to put up. We were going to use them for windows but not anymore. read more

I will never recommend this company. Called this company at the end of June the guy actually showed up on Tuesday July 2, 2018 did a shitty roof inspection from the ground. He didn't even go on the roof. Then he talked about all the roofing and we were impressed we sign the contract and picked out our shingle colors. The guy told us to put 100 dollars as a down payment then he told us it will be 11,000 dollars for a roof on a split level house. The guy was supposed to call us on the 10th of this month and never did. So my dad called them on Monday July 16, 2018 and told us that we were denied for financing for the roof because we supposedly didn't have enough monthly income. Now I am in desperate need of a new roof and they won't do it. I am still waiting for my canceled check and my 50 dollar gift card that I will never get. Never go with this company. read more

BEWARE: SCAM ARTISTS!!! DO NOT USE!!! I contacted Erie construction to assess my roof where I seemed to have a leak into the room below it. Charlie showed up, he did not go up to the roof but told me that they have proprietary satellite imaging technology so he was able to see that the roof was in horrible condition and that the steel nails that hold the tiles had fallen through due to breakage and rotting of the tiles. He spent about 15 minutes talking "AT" me with a hard sell speech as to why unfortunately the entire roof of my very very large 100+ year old home had to be replaced as there was no way to just do the one small section where the leak was due to the fact the tiles locked in together. He said normally for the same type of tile I have, it would be around $150,000, but he was able to give me a quote for $27,000 using lower quality tiles. This guy clearly took me for a fool as we have had many sections of the roof repaired before and there was never a need to replace the entire roof due to the manner in which the tiles lock into one another. I got a second opinion; of course, from Welte Roofing whom I have used for years (I did not use them initially as they said they were very busy and would not be able to get to me for atleast 1 week.) Welte roofers arrived, they looked at the roof and their first question was that they thought the windows jutting out above the roof might be where the leak was coming from. Welte went up on a ladder and said the tiles were in pristine condition with zero water damage (the underlay above beneath the tiles was perfectly intact and dry). They then examined the inside of the room that sits above the ceiling of the room with the leak and they saw that the window wood was rotten and the bottom of the wall was very wet. They determined that rain water was pooling on the rotten window seal and leaking inside the wall to the room below. They told me to call a window repair person. It will end up costing me $300 instead of a $27,000 rip off. Erie Construction are complete scam artists and I plan to report them to the BBB. read more

Never, ever give your phone number or contact information to this company. First they will schedule an appointment and not keep the appointment. Then they will come and use high-pressure tactics to try to get you to sign a contract right then. They use all kinds of scary words and false claims about "those other companies." Once you tell them you're not interested, they will put you on their list of people to call and harass on a weekly basis essentially forever; this has been going on for more than 8 months now. Horrible experience. Two weeks to put on a small roof. Crew would show up sporadically, work was subpar and they damaged my porch roof.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen, signed a contract, check was sent back back saying sorry you decided not to continue the project, Called asking why project was cancelled? Sent out a guy to take measurements and get a list of materials. Another week goes by, call again. call is returned saying we do not do that work unless you get an entire roof. Watch out for Mark and Charlie. Scammers, Company sucks. read more

Do Not Hire This Company!!!!!! Guaranteed finish in 3 days. Delayed start by 2 months. Still hasn't finished the job 4 months after the start. Now the siding is falling off the house and customer service wont send anyone to fix it! read more

Extremely happy with the whole process from securing financing to cleanup. We got a great rate. Our new roof was installed in 2 days and not a piece of debris was left in our yard. The roof looks fantastic and we will definitely be using Erie Construction for future projects. read more

Do not use this company!!! They will tell you to look at our overall reviews not just where there are a few, trust me all these bad reviews are accurate!!! They subcontract out their work. The guys showed up two days late but the supplies showed up on time. Being placed in front of garage doors so we could not get our vehicles out. They then put on the wrong color roof. They had to rip those shingles off and threw the shingles EVERYWHERE!!! Including on top of our vehicle! Nails were every where, they continued to say they have a tool to pick them up and "we will make this right", "you will be happy with the finished product". Well let me tell you we weren't! They took off all our heating gutters and didn't put them back and gave every excuse. We asked for a manager to come out while the guys were working due to what we were seeing and were told they would but never showed. Multiple times were told "oh we were told that appointment was canceled". After a month of dealing with them finally just signed the paper not wanting to deal with them anymore!! read more

New siding installation. Since 7/3/18 these guys have showed 4 1/2 days. It is 7/19/18, and I was promised a super crew today. 10:00 a.m. and one guy is here. Empty promises. Will update as/ if progress is made. read more

We are very happy to have our new roof! We did have to have the men come back and redo the flashing, as they did not do it correctly the first time. Some of the men working could not understand what I was saying and the communication was not so great. They also put the wrong underlay paper or rubber or whatever that was, and they had to order the thicker one and redo that as well. Not really happy ab out what they did not do correctly. I'm sorry, but I am not so sure I would refer anyone to them. read more

Salesman showed us what was available for our roof, and what would be best for our situation. There was never any pressure to buy. I liked what I saw and compared to other quotes I had received theirs was in line or better than others. The contractors where on time and very profressional. The roof was completed in 1 and a half days from start to final clean up.I am very pleased with our new roof. They even did extra work on the porch roof that they really did not have to do, the contractor felt he wanted to do the job right and not just get it done and leave. I would use this company again for my home repair needs read more
