Asphault Shingle Roof Replacement…read more LoLo Deals Co-owners Lorrain and Josh Vinyard worked closely with us to get our asphalt shingle roof replaced after the severe storm that hit Mount Holly, NC in May 2024. When contacted Josh and Lorrain quickly came to our home and Josh went up on our roof and documented all the damage. He provided us with photos of the damage that we then provided to our insurance company when we submitted our claim. We went through three rounds of inspections with the insurance company and Josh was there every time to represent us our interests and make sure the insurance company adjusters properly assessed the damage. When we decided to replace the roof Lorrain brought over samples of shingle types and colors for us to choose from and advised us on the best choice of shingles to withstand wind and hail and also those that best resisted staining and aging. Lorrain then quickly provided us with a very comprehensive and completive price proposal for the job. After selecting our shingles, she promptly had the supplies delivered and made sure the roofing crew arrive the next day. We have an over 3500 sq-ft of roof with multiple steep angels between our main home and detached garage and the crew was able to do the entire job in one day as we had requested. Their crew arrived at sunrise and finished picking up after sunset and when they left the new roof looked beautiful. They replaced some damaged wood sheeting found and replaced the rubber grommets around the vent pipes coming through the roof. Finally, early the next morning, they sent one person to go entirely around the house and garage to do a second sweep for loose nails all cleanup required. We are very happy with the responsiveness, helpfulness, honesty and reliability of Lorrain and Josh at LoLo deals and totally thrilled with the price paid, appearance and quality workmanship evident in our new roof.
