After the appointment, I decided to take a few days to do my due diligence and gather a couple of additional quotes before making a decision. Three days later, I received an email from the Sales Manager, Richard Hansen, with a revised quote. Surprisingly, the new price was significantly lower than the original quote, but it was for 11 windows instead of the 8 I actually needed. Since the pricing was much more competitive, I reached back out and simply asked for the same pricing to be adjusted for the 8 windows I wanted to purchase. Richard responded that the lower price had been sent in error due to a "system glitch" and that Window Nation would not honor it. Mistakes can happen, but what was most disappointing was the company's unwillingness to stand behind the quote they sent or make any effort to find a reasonable solution. As a customer who was genuinely interested in moving forward, it left me feeling that the pricing was inconsistent and that customer satisfaction wasn't a priority. I expected better communication and better customer service from a company of this size. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take my business elsewhere.

We had previously used another company but we were continuing to have the same issue. Since we started using Mr. Pest we have seen no bugs anywhere inside of our home. This includes our unfinished basement and our attic. Gilbert has taken the time to spray our inside and outside, go up in the attic, down the in the basement, and even throughout the entire crawl space to inspect and service.
