I made an appointment yesterday on the phone and never received the promised follow up email. Called today and they have no record of me: of being installed or having a new appointment. The person on the person essentially said it was my problem as I couldn't tell him the name of the person I spoke to yesterday. I asked him how many people could have answered my call yesterday and his reply was 3. So please ask the 3 people about my appointment. I can't do anything without the person's name was his reply. Don't bother with these people.

Post support - they put up a sign advertising their shop without asking me. Ok I'll let that slide but when I reached out for him to take away the sign, no response so the sign went into our recycling bin. Update - I just received a reply from the owner and all good.

Also a lot of trash and gutter trimmings were left behind. Some are still even on my roof. Other metal scraps were covered up with the mulch in my yard and on a few occasions I almost cut my hand gardening. They also ended up doing my neighbors house and needed access to my backyard. They left muddy footprints on my side of the fence and didn't clean up afterwards.

He can even take care of the cleaning on the same day as the estimate, if his schedule allows! *** review updated after owner reached out…read more On a whim, we decided to have our windows cleaned. We've only used a window cleaning service once before. As we are not very familiar with this process, I will only list the things that were relevant to our current window cleaning with Premier Cleaning. First, they came by and offered to give us a quote for our2 story house with 37 windows. Scheduling was easy. They arrived at the time they said they would. There were 2 young gentlemen doing the work for the day. One seemed to be in training. After they started their work, they offer to also clean our gutters as they said it was quite dirty and "full". The picture they took did show some debris, so we opted for additional gutter cleaning. Towards the end, they pointed out that our window screens had some holes in them and they said they could replace them overnight and bring them back the next day. So we also opted to do that. In total, with added gutter cleaning and screens repair (10 screens total), the service ended up being doubled the original quote for only window cleaning. It wasn't exactly what we had budgeted but sometimes home maintenance requires the additional expenses. These guys were easy to work with, they communicated well and were professionals. They provided the services that they said they would provide. I was happy with the cleaning in all. It is important to give young people opportunities to make it in business, I am glad to give my business to a couple of young hard working individuals.

The van had this awesome, sophisticated machine that turned a roll of metal into a rain gutter trough! There was one guy all day just getting the measurements from the dudes on the roof, then cutting them to perfect lengths with the same machine. Very impressive professionalism. I had been searching around for a while since I had never replaced the cheap, plastic gutter system that came with my house. This is one job I would never attempt, since you have to climb up high on ladders and work on top of roofs. The backside of my house is like a 2 story home because it is built on a hillside. We had only one different company come and give us an estimate, and it was around $1350. At first I thought this was kinda pricey, but at the same time I had no idea what cost to expect. They did the job for a lower price and everything came out perfect. We got it completed just before last year's rain season, best idea ever!

We got the dreaded letter from our insurance carrier that we would get dropped if we didn't clean…read moreour roof so we called several companies and felt most assured with Jeremy about the safety and process of the work. He gave us 3 different options based on our needs and he was able to work with us a bit on our needs / pricing so we booked him a week after our discussion. Even though I spoke to Jeremy about the process, I realized I was still naive about the work being done because when Kyle came on time on our scheduled day, I was surprised to see him pulling a huge tank full of water on a trailer flatbed with all these hoses and gadgets. I just assumed he'd hook up to our water house but it made sense once I started to see the tools he needed. Kyle immediately went to work and we watched from the inside as waves of sludge came pouring off the roof. It has been 22 years since this house was built and we've managed to maintain every other part of the house but I never thought about the crud that would accumulate up there. It gave me the creeps thinking that we would've never thought to do this unless our insurance threatened to drop us. I have to say, the process of scheduling and working with Jeremy was painless but the clean up was far from easy. We have a 4500 sq. ft house and an additional 2 car detached garage so a lot of surface space to cover. 22 years of crud, that sludge has to go somewhere. Kyle did an AMAZING job washing everything down around the house but the red coloring of the roof stained our concrete in areas so we to go over it several times with our own pressure washer after Jeremey left to get that coloring removed. We have a long drive way so that was the area of most concern. Had I known this would be the case, I would've paid to have the sidewalks done as well. So, if your roof is red, I'd suggest paying a bit extra for a thorough cleaning of walls of your home AND the concrete. We are so pleased with the service that Washed Out provided and would highly recommend. Several of our neighbors came by and were amazed at the work done so we were happy to share Jeremy's information. We will definitely add them to our list of regular home maintenance vendors and hope you consider Jeremy and his team for your pressure washing needs.
