Suggestions if I may, *Don't assume that the customer knows everything about tints and the process. * I was quoted a price less than the final bill, it was interesting the Sales Associate asked the price I was quoted over the phone I told her I didn't recall but I did see the yelp $20 discount but she couldn't locate it.. I went to see 3 different places before I saw Gutierrez window tinting on yelp. I did my windows on 6/7/17 and I have to admit these guys are professionals. As far as price goes i think they are fair because the removal of my old tint was not easy at all. I decided to rate the place a month later just to see if the tint will at least survive one car wash, the heat of the valley, and of course how long will it take until I see some bubbles. Sent out a Yelp job request to multiple businesses to install car window tint. Gutierrez Window Tint replied and stated they had availability today at 1:30pm and the job would take 3-4 hours. The price was higher than everyone else who replied, but an immediate opening was worth it to me. I took the rest of the workday off and talked a coworker to drive down with me (30 min one way, do their entire lunch hour) to drop the car off. I get there at noon to drop the car off. They informed me they have to reschedule. They say they called (which is marked as Spam by Verizon) and they sent a yelp message (I was in the parking lot already). So much for "customers being the priority and valuing our time" that they talk so much about. read more

I get my window tinted couple of years ago and my receipt life time warranty when I went to get window retinted because there bubble on there and can't see through the window later I went back and they would not give life time warranty for the window tinting so they told me I have to pay for another window tinting.. I had my windows tinted today, and so far, they are amazing! I had to have my windows tinted to fit within the laws of Oregon, as I am a part time resident here and in Oregon. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about which tint would be best for me (Suntek's Carbon 35%). The employees were all friendly and the premises were clean and comfortable! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get their windows tinted - their prices are amazing and they offer a $10 discount for AAA members! Only unfortunate thing was that my appointment was at 2 pm (I arrived at 1:40) and my car was not taken back until 3:20 pm, but it only took them 45 minutes to complete my tinting. read more
