I've had my 2016 Model S ceramic coated six years ago at a local detailing shop and still looks good but decided to go with Arnell for his convenient mobile service and availability. Arnell did not disappoint! Along with a thorough 2 stage paint correction, he took his time with every detail. The metallic grey popped liked brand new. Arnell's skills are truly impeccable. I've already scheduled to do my two other Model S vehicles. Arnell is genuine, friendly and knowledgeable, and he takes his job seriously and with pride. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you Arnell!

U would think that a place such as Yelp, where ones reputation is on the line, that you would try and go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction, but I regret to inform everyone reading this, that this was not the case for me. I got my car done by Jay (aka Jawon Wilkinson) & flat out I can tell you right now that that man does not know the meaning of attention to detail. I paid for the DIAMOND PACKAGE (we're talking $200 here)! Only to get half ass work at best ! Absolute trash ass job. NEVER doing business with them again. I expect a full refund for my services paid for or at least a partial refund because this guy's job and work ethic did not pass the vibe check ! One of my leather seats even now has rips in it because of him ! It was not like that before ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THEM PLZ for the love of God find it elsewhere. Save your money. There's plenty of better options out there See below as I've attached at least 26 pictures showing the quality of work I got for their quote on quote "tip tier package " Feel free to even call me personally, 909 648 2395 (seriously, don't do business with them - they don't deserve your money)

Inside and out was a disaster -- paw prints, dirt in every seam, and enough dust to write a novel on the dashboard. The exterior went from caked in mud to showroom-shiny, and the inside? No trace of fur, no crumbs, no dust. Every corner I thought was impossible to get (cup holders, vents, carpets) was spotless. If they can reset my Jeep after a weekend of trails + a muddy dog, they can handle anything.
