Once again Josh worked around my busy schedule and was punctual. Josh showed up and inspected the ceramic coating he had previously applied, something I did not ask for but was very happy that he would take the time to do on his own. He gave me some pointers on how maintain the ceramic coating. Josh finished tinting my truck windows fairly quickly while doing a great job. I had some concerns about what was included in the quote, and he patiently explained everything in detail, which really gave me peace of mind. I went with the interior detailing and ceramic coating for my 2023 Sequoia. Joshua showed up right on time, fully prepared, and ready to work. He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. He didn't rush through anything--he spent hours making sure every part of the job was done right. The results were incredible. The interior looked spotless, and the ceramic coating made the paint on my Sequoia shine like never before, it honestly looked better than the day I picked it up from the dealership. You could tell he put a lot of care and effort into every detail. I was so impressed with his work that I booked him again the very next day for my wife's 2025 GLE. He gave both vehicles the same high level of attention and care. What really stood out to me was Joshua's professionalism, responsiveness, and the pride he takes in doing a great job. He's not just trying to get through the job quickly, he actually cares about the results. If you're looking for a detailer who is reliable, honest, and truly skilled at what he does, I highly recommend going with Joshua. Five stars all the way.

Sam worked inside and outside the car very clean at the garage and I could hardly hear anything while working inside my house. He was so consistent on updating me regarding what he's doing (not that I'm checking on it) 1. My car is pretty new, hubby bought it about two months ago (2015 BMW X1) but I tell you that this car was not as clean and detailed like people would expect. 2. I have two dogs and their dirty paws left some black spots here and there. 3. My car has leather seats and it was just faded in color (not that I've really noticed before). Long story short, it came out like what brand new car should look like from the dealer! It was spotless, all those paw prints disappeared, and I've noticed how the leather seats are so clean and shiny. Outside car with WATERLESS CARwash and wax came out twinkling haha it's like I bought a new car today instead of two months ago. The price Sam quoted was really great! I thought with the hard work and the price he charged, I would thought he's going to charge more. (Thank you Sam!) Last not least, didn't know it's his birthday and yet he spent time to work on my car. Don't think twice, look at his reviews, all the pictures plus his polite manner.. completely high quality you couldn't find anywhere else! Sam is passionate about his work and you could definitely see it.

Our kids eat snacks in the car and are very comfortable leaving crumbs and sticky hands everywhere. After 8 years of this treatment, we thought we would treat our car to a premium clean up, so that we can enjoy our car more fully. So needless to say, Matt from Cicada Detailing had a huge job on hand. He spent hours cleaning the inside and outside, and went above and beyond what was expected. He showed up to our house with all the necessary tools and gear, and did an amazing job. Our car looked (and smelled) great again. What really stood out was his work ethic and honesty. He noticed a few spots that he felt deserved even more attention, so he actually came back the next day to clean more--completely unprompted! I probably would not have noticed if he didn't mention it, but he is an honest businessman and wanted to give us the most premium treatment. He definitely earned a repeat customer! Now when we drive our car, it feels super weird because the steering wheel is so clean and no longer sticky. We don't have footprints all over the seats anymore. I feel like a rich premium lady with a nice clean car, and I feel proud to call this shiny car mine. We definitely recommend Cicada Detailing for all your car cleaning needs. Pricing is very competitive, communication is quick and easy, and the attention to detail really show. Treat yourself or your family and friends to a clean car. You will be so happy you did!

I scheduled my appointment a month ahead of time if I do remember myself. I contacted him through Yelp messaging, and he was very responsive and very kind with all my questions I had for him. This is the first time I'm doing a crazy detailing and paint job restoration to my car. Therefore, I had a lot of questions. I was originally going to bring to back to Lexus dealership but their price has jumped up to $475 plus taxes to do a full exterior body work. I was like let me shop around! Then, magically appeared Elias. I wanted to do this because my car is getting old, and it had a-lot of dents and scratches from people trying to fool with my car. My Lexus IS straight from Japan the full body work and I wanted to keep it nice. Hey, girl's like nice cars too not just guys, haha! Anyways, moving forward, Elias touched bases with me and told me to take some pictures of all the places that needed to be done... I told him well it's going to be a hand full for him! People loved messing with my car cause of what kind of car it is. It's a Lexus straight from Japan with a full blown turbo engine inside. Yup. That is exactly what it is. It's made to race! Many people know that as they can tell just by looking at my car. (Lot's of jealous people out there oh we call them haters) Elias pretty much just laughed and told me he will try his best to make it look more new ,and the color to look glossy again. 2 weeks before my appointment Elias texted me to confirm my appointment, and I told him everything is solid! A week before the appointment, I texted him to make sure he was still good, and he was like yup! My appointment was 8am. He arrived promptly. I let him do his job. He took about 4 hours to finish the job. He finished almost noon. My fiancé called me out cause he said it was done. I walked outside, my EIFFING GOD! My car was so much cleaner, glossier and beautiful! Of course, not everything could be sanded out and I already knew that.... BUT HE DID AN IMPECCABLE JOB! My car looks immaculate comparing to where it was before! The pictures don't do it justice, but I feel like my car is brand spanking new almost!!!! Elias, thank you again for answering all my questions, taking such efffing amazing, awesome job of my car. I will definitely be calling you back to clean my interior. You made this Birthday girl super happy! I can't ask for a better Birthday present to myself. It was worth every Benjamin Franklin! Woohoo!!!!!
