However, this time when we called to have him come out to fix a wireless printing problem he stalled us for two weeks (the first excuse was that he was too busy to come out), didn't return our phone calls, then when he finally did speak with us, he told us that it wasn't worth his while to come out because "gas is too expensive". One day I brought them into this guy, and he said there's nothing he can do for a computer getting wet, but he can look at them. We had a small conversation while I was there, and he insulted me. When I returned to pick them up, he charged me a service charge for each computer, and he never even opened them. He opened one of them and checked it out, but knowing they were all dead for the same reason he didn't bother with the other two. He took them knowing he couldn't fix them, and never even put a screwdriver to them, to look inside. He offered to discard them for me, because they're harmful to the environment to throw away. And I said "no" because I know they get money for non-working computers. And I paid the $45 because I know he expected me not to and wanted to con me out of them.

I took my gaming PC to this store because of the black screen of death, expecting professional…read moreservice based on their good Yelp reviews. Instead, I was told I might need a whole new PC and that the turnaround would take 5-6 days--unless I paid a $100 rush fee just to get in line with 12 other people. On top of that, there was a diagnostic fee of $30-$50, plus repair costs starting at $500 and up. At that point, it felt more like a cash grab than a genuine repair service. Frustrated, I looked elsewhere and found a tech on Craigslist who charged a straightforward $50 per hour. He came to my place, diagnosed the issue, and identified the necessary part. Since he was a mobile tech and I caught him at the end of his shift, he had to order it. The part arrived two days later, and while I was able to install it myself, he was readily available to help if needed. In the end, I saved both time and money by going with a more transparent and reliable option. Safe to say, I won't be returning to this shop. I've included photos of the error messages I got when my cpu messed up. Not in correct order but the black screen was the final message prompting me to go into the repair shop.

After deceiving and lying to us that he did not spill coffee or drop the laptop, he finally admitted to it via text. Mind you, this is a $750 Lenovo touchpad. Tony is not responding to any of our calls or texts. We have an expensive laptop that has a cracked front and back case and coffee that is been spilled right thru it.
