Established in 2002.
Gutensite is a division of Crate Media, LLC, a design and web development company founded in San Francisco in 2002. From the very beginning, Crate Media has consistently excelled at creating innovative, engaging, and powerful websites. In 2006 Crate Media began work on an entirely new approach to building and managing websites, which would eventually come to be known as Gutensite ("Good Site"). Gutensite came out of a two year, live, public Beta period in the spring of 2009, and we are now actively promoting this unique web development and management platform.
