Nice selection of menu items to choose from... in fact, had a difficult time making a choice because there were 4 or 5 items that especially appealed to me. The blackened tenderloin pasta was absolutely delicious and my husband ordered a burger. Good drinks and friendly wait staff. Not the cleanest place or well kept. Good is okay. Decent variety. It's like a cross between a local dive and a Miller's Ale House.

First time ever coming here. It was Thirsty Thursday so pints were on sale! I got the gyro with sweet potato fries which we're absolutely delicious! My friend got the French dip and devoured it! They have a big green egg to cook on as well. The service was great and food was served quickly. First time coming here. Guys night out. The atmosphere was a typical sports bar in a way. Some of the guys had some burgers which were big, like the 911 burger. I had their wings with medium sauce. They were pretty good! I would have to try another kind of wings to see if their better than Buffalos (which have the best wings thus far). I'll come back and perhaps get a burger or different wings. I had so much fun at Guston's. It is such a clean and lively neighborhood bar. The staff (Rich and Ashley!) took the time to get to know me and my beer taste. Rich actually let me try multiple beers before picking... and they actually followed up to make sure I really liked it. You don't have time to get bored. This is about our 5th visit to Gustons and still does not disappoint. The food is always top notch, I love the burger options. I like that the menu is huge and unlike in most places like thdis they only have a few options they specialize in and most items being frozen I don't think this is the case at Gustons. Everything I have eaten and also all others I visit Gustons with have always had delicious food. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is because the service is not always consistent. Tonight the server was extremely attentive and refilled drinks quick however at the end of the meal we waited 20 min for a refill. It gets busy and this is always not the case. I was skeptical since I was turned off of Guston's after visiting the Wade Green location but this one, this one is completely different. The food, exquisite. The liquor drinks, STRONG. The menu, extensive and all on point. The only reason and I mean THE ONLY reason I give it 4/5 is the service. It can be hit or miss. Still, you need to give this bar a chance. For real. 1st time in and it was AWESOME! Staff was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable of the drink/food menus. Great selection of beers along with a fully stocked bar not to mention a million large screen TV's.... After all it is SEC football season (GO DAWGS)! The food came out quick, hot and DELICIOUS! The daily special was a beef stroganoff which was to die for and the good old standard Buffalo Chicken sandwich was dead on and done just right! We were there on a very busy Thursday night. Atmosphere was loud and busy but comfortable. Lots of energy. Staff was friendly and efficient. The manager came by several times to check on us and our food. All the orders came out excellent tasting and met all expectations. Ok so used to go here every Tuesday night for trivia. I have not been back since covid. I thought would sneak out and see if I could get a bite to eat and bring my mom. The food is great. When I got there all the employees had there masked pulled down below there chin or their nose. Our waitress the waited on us new my mother was sickly and was very respectful on pulling hers up. Everyone else including bar tender had them down. I work in the healthcare industry so I know it sick's to wear a mask for 9 hours but I am trying to stop the spread. We found this place about 2 years ago. The food, drinks and atmosphere are good. The menu is large and they offer weekly specials. My daughter loves the 911 burger. This burger boasts two large patties with all sorts of other goodies on it. It's bee said that many men have tried to tackle this burger but have failed. My daughter has killed it 3 times. The wings are great, both traditional and smoked. If you like chicken pot pie try it as it's close to what moms homemade tastes like. The beer list is vast from crafts to the traditional domestics. The beer is cold and the mixed drinks are tasty. If I had one negative comment it would be surrounding the service. The service is hit or miss. Most of the time the service is good and they do have some great servers. We do visit this location at least one time weekly. read more

Underwhelming food. Errors in our orders-mushrooms on my sandwich, no hollandaise sauce with Greg's seafood omelette. They brought the hollandaise in a small cup and it was pudding-thick with no lemon taste. It was ignored. The omelette was rubbery. He also had green beans, which were Italian green beans, perhaps canned, but certainly cooked to mush. I ordered fruit in place of fries. Some of the grapes were mushy, all of the cantaloupe was crisp and tasteless and the strawberries (actually one cut-up strawberry) were tasteless. There was an upcharge for fruit instead of fries. Bad fruit. There was an upcharge on my Philly sandwich for beef instead of chicken that I didn't see on the menu. The sandwich was not good. Philadelphia would disown it. Seriously has become our favorite place to go. Food is solid. A step above bar food, but not pretentious. The chef really knows his flavors and some of the specials are AMAZING. Food is excellent for sure. I have to say, their "no sleeveless shirts for men" dress code- which is very much enforced- is absurd and laughable . This place has great food, but it's a bar and grill and it's not a nice one at that. It's not fine dining. My husband and I sat alone on the patio for lunch one day after going to the gym. We both had on sleeveless workout shirts. He was approached by I assume a manager with an offer to wear some shirt they had in the back, or we would have to leave. Are you kidding me? His argument was that "it's a family restaurant ". So as a female, I could come in with a plunging neckline with the twins on full display or some booty shorts on and I would 1000% not be a problem but a man's shoulders will cause uproar . Got it. So the owner has some weird thing with men's shoulders, weird hill to die on but to each their own. Food is great for sure, but you better have those shoulders covered gents! read more
